I was a busy scrapper this last weekend and was able to complete a bunch of layouts of my sweet grandkids. I decided while I was at it to check out some challenges and see what I could do.
This page is off my grandson Micah when he was a wee little one. He is two now.
So fun scrapping baby pictures and seeing how much he has changed.
First for this page I found this sketch created by Nanne at
Stuck on you Sketches for February 27th. Instead of the circle shape I used a starburst cut with my Silhouette. The paper, ribbon and stickers about boys are all old things from my stash. The title was a glitter chipboard title I had been saving for that special layout.
I also am entering this layout in the
Use Your Stuff Make it Monochromatic challenge.
I haven't done much monochromatic but found it a lot of fun
and perfect for a baby boy layout.
Definitely going to try this again.
I also made this layout for my daughter. I always make two of everything. I had cut the starburst for the first layout and it was too small so I redid it. I decided to use the cutout and make this layout with the second set of pictures and more embellishments from my stash.
