OOPS, I did it again...Let's Play Catch Up!

Hi all and welcome!

I have been pretty busy and realized I forgot to post these on my blog, so I'm doing a catch up.  If you haven't seen these on my YouTube Channel, I have done some great projects and I can't wait to share them with you.

This one is using my leftovers from my design team package from Country Craft Creations.  I made goodies for my flip book!

This video shares some notebooks I have been making in preparation of a craft fair I am doing in May.  Notebooks!

Here's an idea I had, making a removable cover for a mini composition notebook.  It is AWESOME!!!

April 1st I did my #craftygoals2024 video...you have to see what I did.  I shared several things that I made, and not all of them are made of paper!

Today I shared the prototype project I made when working out the design for my Explosion Box with a Base tutorial...this was for the design team (Country Craft Creations).

I am sorry I didn't publish these here before, but better late than never, right?

Thanks so much, and stay crafty, my friends!!!

This is the second part of the tutorial for my March design team package for Country Craft Creations. graphic 45’s “Grow with Love” is so beautiful and so spring-feeling! I love the colors and the florals! In this tutorial we go over how to make all of the inside elements/mini albums and such, that go on the inside and in the middle of this explosion box. Since this is a larger project and it takes a little while to create, I decided to divide it up into a couple of tutorials. The first tutorial is how to make the base, box, and lid. It is here if you missed it. https://youtu.be/rWUgj-zX6ok In the next tutorial we will go over all of the decorations and how to add a fun handle to the lid. I can’t wait for you to see it!!! Another We R Memory Keepers Explosion Board Tutorial...An Alternate Lid Design!!!

So, y'all know I love me my explosion boxes. In this video I decided to try a new lid technique using the explosion score board. I am also using up some left over papers that my BFF gave me as part of the #smashyourcraftystash2024 and #craftygoals2024. I am making this cute gift box/explosion box album with patterned paper only, and a cool new lid idea. I hope you like it.

I did make a cheat sheet for you to download/print for the cardstock sizes needed for this lid technique and will explain it in the video. I hope you like this idea. It was another one of my ah-ha moments. Thanks for watching and have a crafty day!!! Here's the link to the cheat sheet for the NEW lid sizing.

Cupid's Heart Magnetic Explosion Box Walk Through, a Country Craft Creations Design Team Project

Hello! Before I lose power in this nasty ice storm I wanted to post this walk through. 🥶 I have made a new design with my favorite explosion box, using magnets, and the amazing Valentine's collection "Cupids Heart". I am also using the 12 x 14 Artisan cardstock and the Glamour Cardstock for the first time. This box doesn't use the explosion scoreboard, just the "usual" one. I hope you enjoy the walk through and I'll be back soon with the tutorial.
STAY WARM AND SAFE!!!
Below is a list with links of the papers I'm using. Thanks do much for watching. I Cupid's Heart 8 x 8 https://www.countrycraftcreations.com... NEW!!! Baby Explosion Box Tutorial, Large 6 x 6" size!

I have made a new explosion box, supersized to 6 x 6".  This was a request from one of my subscribers, so I hope that it is what they wanted to see!

I made a smaller version that was too small for all I wanted to do with it...so the bigger size was just what was needed.  The video has all of the information in it, and a cutting guide in the description.

I'm using Echo Parks "Our Baby" paper collection. It took about one pack. I also used Artisan Cardstock, seambinding and Art Glitter Glue from Country Craft Creations. https://countrycraftcreations.com

Thanks so much for watching and visiting my blog.  Have a super crafty day!

The above video is a walk through of the project and the video below is the tutorial.  It is so fun!

It was requested by one of my scrappy friends, Dawn.  She wanted a pumpkin shaped explosion box and this is what I came up with.  I hope you like it.

Stay crafty, my friends!
