Springtime Wishes

Hello, and happy Thursday, 3 Girl JAM fans.  It's Julie O here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers, and I'm thinking positive.  Instead of coloring snow boots,  and snowmen, I'm thinking spring.  What do you think?

Blends and 3 Girl JAM-mers

This card took about 10 minutes total to put together, which is quite the record for me.  I tend to always want to add "more" as I craft, but this time, I forced myself to stop sooner.  I would like to try my hand at "speed crafting" a lot this year.  It will help me to get more projects completed and open the door for me to try my hand at tackling more of the fun techniques on my "to-do" list.


I used the Ribbon Candy Red Crinkle Ribbon from the 3 Girl JAM Shop to create a sweet Elegant Floral for my card.  I love making these flowers for the Pinque Peacock Shop and customers.  It's always fun to use them on my own creations, too.  I adorned the floral with a Pearl Beaded Stick Pin (also from Pinque Peacock) and a few paper roses.

I Love Sunflowers!

The sunflowers are in bloom here where I live, and they were the inspiration behind today's card:

Gold Crown Ribbon from the Royal Bundle was layered twice across the center of this card and a double bow was placed at the side.  A Pinque Peacock beaded stick pin is the finishing touch to this beauty.

3 Girl JAM is 2 years old, and the whole month of September is a celebration.  I thought I'd get in party mode with my post today.  It's a warm-up for tomorrow's blog hop! Party, party, party! 

 

I cut this purse shaped card out on my Silhouette, using a file from The Cutting Café, stamped some 'styling' sentiments, and decorated it up with 3 Girl JAM Tuxedo crinkle ribbon from the Celebrations Bundle. There's also a fabric covered button from Pinque Peacock to really dress up this purse. Because every girl needs a fancy purse to take to the party, right?
