Friends until the end by Marji

How perfect are these colors for this card?  Again, it was so easy to mix and match the ribbons.

Lots of fun with this one, I embossed the tree trunk for the wood grain and added crystal effects to their eyes.

Pretty flower by Marji

Image of Harvest Bundle
This card turned out so cool, if I do say so myself!
I have had this gorgeous swirl from Pinque Peacock for a while, just waiting for the perfect project to show case it.
It's made using the scrumptious ribbon.  I thought it simulated an orange pretty well and a flower at the same time.  The phrase is one of the new stamps by Craftin' Desert Divas.

time to gather the peeps

Hello everyone!
Donna K here to share a fun card that I almost "pitched"
… glad I didn't because after I added a few little items I really kinda like it now.
Funny how that happens, huh?
My funny little peep card goes along with the
Yellow, Green & Orange
challenge theme for this month…there is still time to join in!
I used 3 Girl JAM Harvest Orange crinkle ribbon and you can find that right HERE
When you order use the code DB10 for your 10% off
on your 3GirlJAM total..sweet deal, right?!
The "peeps" are circle and oval punches, folded and feathered.
I don't do well with EYES so I just added the teeny pearls
in hopes of preventing a disastrous crazy eye on each peeper.
So…before you go…make a note
The "All Things Spring" blog hop

Yellow, Green and Orange with Donna K

Hello and Happy Friday!
Donna K here to share some
Yellow, Green & Orange inspiration.
I love St. Patty's Day…I think it's the whole "lucky" theme.
Soooo…..I came up with a "bouquet" of Shamrock Balloons and featured
a big 'ole Sunflower crinkly bow tying things together.
AND yes…I had to use my bow maker to get the double bow appearance here.
{I'm not ashamed to admit I need help I'm the bow making department!}
Then….since I was feeling froggy I decided to jump and make another card to share.
I needed a birthday card for our little blonde
 nephew who celebrates this month.
The paper I chose is a fun lime green and goes PERFECTLY with the new
Lemon-Lime ribbon!  I added a Harvest Orange banner behind my
faux paper button to help it stand out.

You can pick up your ribbons or other 3GirlJAM products
and get a sweet little discount by using the code DB10 when you check out.
Pretty cool that Julie is so generous, eh?!
You also should link up your own
Yellow, Green and Orange Creations
for our March Challenge and you can do that by
visiting our Challenge Blog Here.

Have a fab day today…

Guest Designer: Lucy Evans

Happy Saturday, 3 Girl JAM Friends!  Karen N here....and today, I am SUPER stoked to be introducing you to 3 Girl JAM Guest Designer Lucy Evans.  Lucy and I have been online scrappy buddies for a LONG time, and let me tell you.....not only is this gal incredibly sweet, but she's full of crazy crafty goodness.  Without further ado, heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Lucy!

*****
Hi. My name is Lucy. I am a Medical Technologist at a large laboratory. I am married, have 3 adult daughters and one grandson who is 6 years old. I live in a suburb of Chicago. I got hooked on scrapbooking in 1995 when I was shown a Creative Memories brochure. I caught the card making bug while socializing with a bunch of other craft-o-holics on a crafting website. I love making cards, not only for the fun of creating, but also of knowing that it may bring the recipient some joy.

I have been a lover of 3 Girl Jam ribbon for a more than a year. I love the ribbon colors and the way it "Crinkles".  I have also purchased some of the burlap ribbon, lace and flair, which I need to play with.  I was surprised, nervous and honored when Karen asked me to be a guest designer. The March challenge is to use the colors Yellow, Green and Orange. At first, I thought about jelly beans, because I love them and they are out in the stores. Then I looked at the colors of the 3 Girl Jam ribbon and it reminded me more of warmth and spring. We still have white snow covering the ground and have had below freezing temperatures for months. I am ready for spring! These were also my mom's favorite colors :-) I used a stamp from Unity Stamp Co., some Ranger Distress inks to water color the image. I went over it with some Niji Pearlescent water colors, which are very similar to Twinkling H2O's. the second picture shows the glimmer.  I used 3 Girl Jam ribbon in the colors, Harvest Orange, Sunflower and Goblin Green. The rest of the details and products I used are over on my blog http://littlescrapsoflucy.blogspot.com.

Here's a close-up:

*****

I LOVE the ribbon banner and how you placed the ribbon under that sunflower.  So gorgeous.  Thank you, Lucy, so much for designing for 3 Girl JAM today!

Craftily yours,

Karen

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Julie O, here from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers today. Since I'm lucky enough to post on Thanksgiving, I knew I had to have some Thanksgiving inspiration for the holiday.  I went searching through the Silhouette online store and found this fun cutting file, perfect for the occasion.

Halloween Door Hanger Treat Boxes

Happy Monday folks, Nicole here!!  I hope you had a great weekend and got a bit of craft time in for yourself.  I have a project to share with you that I made for my 3 daughters for Halloween.  My older 2 daughters are past the trick or treating stage so I wanted to "treat" them with some goodies of their own.  I haven't bought all the "goodies" yet so I am showing them empty to you but let me tell you there is a lot of room inside of these.

I wrapped some 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon around the bottom of each box and tied it in a bow to finish it off.  I used the following 3 Girl JAM colors of ribbon for my project -
"Sunflower" and "Harvest Orange" from the 3GJ Harvest Bundle
"Goblin Green" from the 3GJ Spooky Bundle

For more info please visit my BLOG.  Thanks for stopping by today - have a great week!

Spools & Stickpins

Good morning everyone.  This is Cheri from DJ's Sundries and I am loving the fall weather.  Today was gorgeous and full of sunshine.  The leaves are falling and wonderful warm color surrounded me.

The warm tones were the inspiration for today's project and 3 Girl JAM provides just the right ribbon to complement that.  The Harvest Bundle is perfect for autumn crafting.  You can find yours here.

In the last year or so, I have really enjoyed making stickpins.  I am gathering quite a collection of these little beauties.  When I have the opportunity to enter a stickpin swap, I try to do so.  When the opportunity came to alter a spool and add stickpins, I knew it would be a lot of fun and I needed to join.

Of course, I needed a few supplies to go with the gorgeous 3 Girl JAM ribbon.
Spools (from Michaels)
Recollections flowers and adhesive rhinestones
Tim Holtz Ideology tissue wrap
Ripe Persimmon, Gathered Twigs & Seedless Preserves Distress Inks
Lace, stick pins, charms and beads from my stash
Delta Ceramcote - Light Ivory
Mod Podge, Hot Glue, Glossy Accents

If you would like to see a video where I talk you through the project with a bit more explanation, please go to DJ's Sundries by clicking here.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.
