[special Dispatch to the Richmond Dispatch.]
New York troops — a war of extermination.
New York, (via Nashville, Tenn.,) April 25.--One half of the soldiers sent hence to the South are impromptu soldiers — no better than a mob. Ten thousand are gathering in New York.
All the steamers and many other vessels are seized by the Government for transports.
A war of extermination is to be waged, and the plan is to occupy Richmond and New Orleans.
Old Horse.
