Ready.
--The Marion Rifles, a new volunteer company, mostly composed of German citizens, have a very large membership; are nearly, if not quite, fully accoutred, and are all eager for the fray. Their knapsacks, (made by Mr. Bosher,) are beautiful and well calculated for service. The company have done well in selecting Captain Albert Lybrock as their commander, who will be remembered as first officer of the Virginia Rifles for a long time, and who is both a gentleman and soldier, and as modest as he is brave. The Marions will do good service, depend on that.
