The President's Message.

We publish this morning the President's Message, an admirable document — concise, clear, and comprehensive — just such a Message as might have been expected from that tried statesman and soldier, Jefferson Davis. It will be seen that neither money nor men have been withheld from the great cause in which we are engaged, and that whilst "all we ask is to be let alone," the South is determined to "resist to the direst extremity" the attempt at its subjugation.
