New Orleans, Feb. 1.

--There are flying reports that fighting has commenced at Pensacola, in consequence of the Brooklyn attempting to land troops there. They need confirmation.

New Orleans, Feb. 2.--In the Convention to-day, a resolution to establish a standing army, was made the order for Tuesday.

A resolution relative to citizenship was referred.
