Forge Guardians. Confrontation.

  I've finished two dwarfs from Confrontation today . I tried to use many textures here: on leather  gloves and helmet, backpacks and other clothes. I didn't choose any color scheme previously at this time, just painted as I like. And I like the result :).

After a long break I went back to work. And these guys were my attempt to recall  "how to paint": trio of dwarves from Confrontation. The guys turned out really different: pale pitiful blond, impulsive red-haired and very unkind dark man.  In general the work was very interesting, and ... oh, my God, how I've missed the painting!

Khor Warriors. Confrontation.

This is my first encounter with the dwarves. Being inspired by the work of Automaton Severus: 'Renewal' , and being under the influence of the Moscow heat, really wanted to paint something orange. The choice fell on these oranges, color scheme from catalog just match the mood. Turned out pretty funny guys.

For this bases first I made the turret, and a crumbling bridge with dwarf letters and hieroglyphs, all day long for something planed, but it turned out as something "much too", and in the end I removed it all and just put the ripped boards. From the "tricked out" leaving only the stairs, in spite of the fact that the center of gravity of model is little displaced.

Это моя первая встреча с дварфами. Будучи под впечатлением от работы Автоматона Severus: 'Renewal' , и под влиянием московской жары, очень захотелось покрасить что-то оранжевое. Выбор пал на этих апельсинчиков, цветовая схема по каталогу как раз соответствовала настроению. Получились довольно веселые ребята.

С подставками сначала мудрила-мудрила: делала и башенку, и полуразрушенный мост с дварфовскими письменами и иероглифами, целый день чего-то строгала, но получилось как-то "черезчур", и в конце концов все отодрала и просто положила плиты. Из "навороченного" оставила только лестницу, несмотря на то, что у модельки немного смещен центр тяжести.
