Amuse Studio Money Card

A cute money card that could be used for a variety of occasions with a fun color combination.  

Amuse Studio Products:   SHOP AMUSE STUDIO 

Stamps:  Make A Wish

Cardstock:  Sugar, Grape, Wasabi Chevron

Ink:  Wasabi, Grape, Versamark

Other:  Gold embossing powder, Vanilla twine, ¼" super stick tape

Cutting Instructions:

Card Base:  Sugar 6 ¾" x 8 ¼" scored at 1 ¼" & 4 ¾"

Grape: 6 ¾" x 1 ¼"

Wasabi Chevron: 6 ¾" x ½"

Score the Sugar card stock at 1 ¼" & 4 ¾" to make the card base.  Finished card will measure 3 ½" x 6 ¾".  Fold small 1 ¼" flap inside card to create a pocket to hold money.  Adhere sides of the pocket with ¼" super stick tape.

Stamp feather images in Wasabi & Grape ink on upper half of card front.  Let it dry completely.  Gently prepare the card from using the static magic pouch.  Stamp feather image in Versamark and emboss with gold embossing powder.  Adhere Grape layer to bottom of the card front.  Adhere Wasabi Chevron layer to Grape layer.  Stamp sentiment above the Washi Chevron layer in Grape ink. Tie the Vanilla twine around the card front.

First of all I have to thank my friend, Susan for coming up with this card design.  She sent me a darling thank you note a few weeks ago and I thought what a great idea to turn the flower on its side.  This is a card I made for my SIL {sister in law} Laura!

Amuse Studio Make a Wish

Here is something you may or may not know about me...I love those little 6x6 pads of patterned paper.  I love that all the patterns go together and are most of the time are double sided for added fun.  I have tried not to buy them so much any more but I couldn't resist this one that I picked up at Archiver's the other day.  The patterned paper is the focal point of the card with a little Happy Birthday sentiment from an Amuse Studio stamp set.

Amuse Studio Hexagon Background

I was watching Julie Ebersole's video and decided to make her card using all Amuse Studio products.  I used the Hexagon Background on the color block but the picture doesn't show it very well.  It looks really cool in real life!

Amuse Studio Launch Projects!

We sure had fun making all the projects at the Amuse Studio Launch Party.  Here are the two cards and the treat box that we made throughout the day.  The treat box idea came from Chelsea & Marissa fellow Amuse Consultants!  It was a great event and I have to thank two of my friends (Susan & Susan) for helping make it such a fun and successful event!!  Thank you both so much!
