Spooky Sweets Tag

A fun Halloween tag -  I die cut the Jack Tag twice, once with watercolor paper and a second time with fun foam.  After I used Splash Inks on the watercolor die cut I adhered it to the fun foam.  It adds a nice dimension to the jack-o-lantern.

Boo To You

I saw this card layout on Pinterest and I wanted to use the Amuse Studio Jack Tag Die.  I love the stitching detail on this jack o' lantern!  I just rubbed the Marmalade Spice distress ink into an acrylic block and picked up the color with a water brush to make a rough circle around the pumpkin.

Don't you just love when you discover additional uses for your dies?  I tell you... this is going to get your creative ideas flowing and you are going to immediately go check which other dies you can adapt to this fun packaging idea!

Check out the Amuse Studio Blog where Linda shows you how you can make a 3-D box out of almost any shape die that you own and it is super easy! All you need is to understand the basics of making a box and then adapt it based on the size of the die and box you'd like to make.  Cool, right?!

Something Good to Eat

Ink:  Onyx Versafine, Marshmallow Splash 

Other:  Lunch Sack Die, Jack Tag Die, Sugar Skull Die, Ghost Sequins, ⅛" hole punch, Medium cellophane bag, Onyx & Orange Baker's Cording

Slate card stock - 5 ½" x 7 ½", two pieces to die cut lunch sack

Wasabi card stock - 1" x 3"

Die cut the lunch sack from two pieces of Slate card stock.  Die cut the Jack tag and/or Skull from the front of one lunch sack to create a window.  

Use Marshmallow Splash Ink to create a splatter texture on both die cut lunch sack pieces.  Allow to dry and assemble the lunch sack.  

Stamp sentiment in Onyx Versafine ink on the Wasabi card stock strip.  Embellish the Wasabi card stock strip with ghost sequins.  Punch a ⅛" hold on the left side of Wasabi card stock strip.  Place a medium cellophane bag with orange treats in the lunch sack.  Tie tag to top of the cellophane bag with Onyx/Orange Baker's cording.

Tag Bundle Die Set

Wow, have you seen this new Tag Bundle Die Set from Amuse Studio?  I had a chance to use it the other day and there are so many fun elements in this die set.  The large pinking edge is perfect for layering on an A2 size card.  The stitched layer works well as a layer on a card or is fun on its own.  Now for my favorite the stitched tag - oh my gosh I love it so much!  And then when I figured out that it fits perfectly inside our small treat bags I was thrilled!  And to top off the set, the two small stitched tag shapes are great for many things.  

Oh and I couldn't fail to mention these awesome new stitched Ghost Tag & Jack Tag dies!  They are just perfect for our treat bags and so very cute!
