Christmas Greetings

10 days until Christmas.  I'm still working on getting all my cards in the mail!  This year as I was thinking about Christmas cards, I decided to use some of the cards in my stash. This is one among many that is still a classic favorite.

Baby It's Cold Outside

Wow - Shari did it again!  She continues to inspire & awe us with her creative talents.  I was so excited to get this amazing wooden snowman that she painted and then decorated with Amuse Studio stamps, dies and papers!  

Check out the details -  She used Amuse Studio's Silent Night stamp set to create a little scene and It's a Wonderful Life stamp set for the Baby It's Cold Outside sentiment.  

The Amuse Studio snowflakes dies are retired but they make the perfect garland for the Snowman to hold!

I tried to take a photo of the little drawer she made to put the rice lights in so that the snowman has a glow about him when you turn on the battery operated lights.  I'm so happy that I will be able to enjoy this decoration after the holiday season during the upcoming winter months!  Thank You Shari - I love it so much!!

I've been sending out Christmas cards over the last week.  Here is one of the designs that I came up with for my cards this year.

Cardstock:  Wasabi, Sugar, Candy Cane Stripe, Sky, Kraft

Ink:  Onyx Versafine

Other:  Cherry Baker's Twine, Nestabilities Circle, Snowflake Trio Die Set, Pearl Sequins

Score Wasabi cardstock at 4 1/4" to make an A2 card base.  Adhere Sugar, Candy Cane Stripe & Sky layers together, centering each.  Tie Cherry Baker's Twine vertically around adhered layers.  Cut a circle from Kraft cardstock (1 7/8" circle).  Cut a snowflake from Sugar cardstock.  Adhere snowflake to Kraft circle.  Stamp sentiment on Sugar cardstock with Onyx Versafine ink.  Adhere layers to card base using foam adhesive to pop up Kraft circle and sentiment layer.  Adhere pearl sequins using mini glue dots. 

Mini Pails

I recently decorated these little mini pails for a Craft Show I was involved in at my Church.  I used all Amuse Studio products to decorate them.  The Snowflake Trio Die set and the Snowman Die were perfect for a little winter scene combined with our Seattle & Cherry Chevron cardstock - oh so cute!

I made these quick & simple snowflake cards a few months ago & never put them on my blog.  I started with a 4 bar size sugar card base.  I used kraft cardstock with the snowflake die.  I turned it into a tag & attached it to the card front with dimensionals.  I love our French Roast Silky Crush ribbon!

Amuse Studio September Stamp Club

Love the mail this time of year...

Another beautiful card made by Shari!  I am continually blown away by this gal's creativeness!  She used the amuse|studio Snow Crystals stamp along with the

snowflake die to dress up this kraft card!  The Nestabilities add just the right elegance!

Mr. Turkey...

I received a box in the mail from my friend, Shari yesterday!  It is always a good day when I get a box in the mail from her!  She used amuse|studio's Tweet Heart Stamp set for her Fall Card.  It turned out beautiful!  And look at the darling Mr. Turkey that she made from wood & the feathers are made out of amuse studio's SnowflakeTrio Die Set.  Can you believe her creativity???
