Here is sketch #8 a circle card, I love the cardabilities sketches they always have such fun unique designs.

My card is a 5" circle, I've used Bazzill cardstock and colored using my copic markers.

Flowers in a Pot -Cardabilities Sketch #6

I really enjoy working with sketches, this week I played with sketch #6 for our Cardabilities challenge... love it!

This sweet flower pot is from Pink Petticoat digital stamps, I love Dene's simple whimsical style. I used my copic markers to color this image, then added just a little bling to the pot.

For the "Thinking of You" image I used my George and Basic Shapes cricut cartridge on page 127 of the handbook. The Scallops are various sized from the Mini Monograms cartridge.

Cardabilities shares two great sketches each month on the 15th and 30th, along with several ideas from the design team which I'm thrilled to be a part of. Go see more wonderfully creative ideas using sketch #6 -HERE

A bird loves his Home

WooHoo, Fantabulous Cricut challenge #11 begins today.

The challenge, Flowers for May:
Create a project using at least 3 flowers on your project.
As always there does need to be a cricut cut image somewhere on the project.

I used a digital stamp image from Pink Petticoat, I love the little bird house, so cute.

The cricut cut images are from the Storybook cartridge on page 69 I used the accent blackout image cut at 3" and the second layer cut at 3 1/4". For each flower I took three of the same color of prima flower wrinkled them up then added a brad for the center.

Cardabilities Sketch #1

A few weeks a go I announced that I was chosen as a member of the "Cardabilities" design team. And today I finally get to share with you my first sketch card! So much fun, here is my card!!

Here is the sketch we were give to design from, a fabulous sketch. Karan, creator of Cardabilites, designs the most amazing sketches, I just love her designs, I can't wait to show you sketch #2 -reveal date will be April 30th for that sketch.
I'm learning to use copic markers, in fact, I'm currently taking and "online" copic class from Colleen Schaan at My Creative Classroom.

I used a free digital stamp from Pink Petticoat, I love Liz's cute whimsical designs, you can find the flower vase -here.

I used George and Basic Shapes to cut the circle and scalloped circle. The little daisy print paper was from DCWV Blossoms and Butterflies stack.
