It's hard to resist the gorgeous inspirational images from RIC#43 and CAS(E) this Sketch #44.
I made the background using Black Soot distressed ink and the grid stamp by Waltzing Mouse called Off Beat Background. First i die cut a circle on a piece of Eclipse masking tape, positioned it on a square card stock and mask off the top with post it note. Next i distressed the partial circle with Black Soot ink, then stamp the grid with VersaMark and heat embossed it (recommend to heat set the ink before stamping, or in my case, i left to pick up the kiddos :)). The butterflies are from Antique Flowers and Butterflies set by Sizzix & Hero Arts... i die cut and colored them with Copic markers Y19 and YR14.
