Hello friends,

Today, I'm sharing a cute card made with TAWS Waddle Pals and Chilly sets.  The idea of this card is that the penguin cheering in the middle of a blizzard.  To create the blizzard effects, I added some watercolor on a clear stamping block and repeatedly stamped it on my card stock.  In the center, I used a piece of paper towel and gently wiped it in circular motion.  The iceberg was stamped and embossed on vellum.  My penguin was colored in Copic.  Finally, I added the sentiment and clear sequins to finish the look.

Poinsettia Christmas Card

Hello friends,

Today's card was made with a TAWS set called Mistletoe Kisses.  I stamped and colored the poinsettias with Copic markers.  My shaker was created with the fuse tool.  If I made this with acetate and foam tapes like I previously did, all the sequins would fall to the bottom of the shaker.  With the fuse tool, I was able to create smaller pockets to keep the sequins scattered around... LOVE it!

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful weekend!

Hello, Hi, Fantabulous and Everything Else

Hello friends,

Today I'm sharing a fun card made with TAWS sets: Flap Happy and Spell Check.  I used the speech bubbles in Spell Check to create the background.  I chose Fresh Ink Provincial Gray so the background is subtle and doesn't compete much with the bird.   The bird was stamped and colored with Copic markers.   Both the red heart and the bird were fussy cut and adhered on the background using foam tape.

I hope you like it.  Have a wonderful day!
