"Picture Decatur" (Decatur IL)

Here's our last batch of photos related to Decatur Celebration 2013. In these, we took a pictures of several of downtown Decatur's streets and intersections the week prior to Celebration. Then, we returned to those same streets & intersections to take pictures during either the set-up for Decatur Celebration or during Celebration itself. Enjoy.
