"Picture Decatur" (Decatur IL)

Last week, another beautiful mural was completed in Decatur, this one on the east-facing wall of GB's Books and Records at 702 East Eldorado. The stunning "1 LOVE" tribute to Bob Marley was designed by Shani Goss and painted by Shani and her husband Tronnie with assistance from Jerry Johnson. Thanks to Gary and Bob Laskowski for allowing this project to move forward. What a colorful addition to Decatur's streetscape! One Love! One Heart! Let's get together and feel all right. Hear the children cryin' (One Love!); Hear the children cryin' (One Heart!), Sayin': give thanks and praise to the Lord and I will feel all right; Sayin': let's get together and feel all right. Wo wo-wo wo-wo!
