Story:

Sumirah's father was in serious illness and te family can't afford to pay the debts. The debtor came and brought Sumirah away to become his servant at home. But due to Sumirah beautiness, the debtor wanted to rape Sumirah but Sumirah managed to get away.

Sumirah took a bus to go back to her howetown and look for the parents but she was lost. Sumirah was also robbed and nearly get raped by some gangster. She was safe by another gangster but was sold to become a hooker. Sumirah knows that she has to earn a living to stay alive so she agree to become a hooker.

Sumirah met Leo and falls for him. Leo is a cheapskate who used Sumirah's money. One day, the debtor came along and wanted Sumirah to serve him. Leo persuade Sumirah to get a huge amount of money from the debtor in exchange of Sumirah to sleep with the debtor. Followed blindly towards love, Sumirah agreed but later only she found out Leo is not loyal to her. They fought and Leo accidentally killed Sumirah. Leo burried Sumirah in one of his room.

Meeting another girl in a party, Leo gets Ella back home for sex. But Ella found out Sumirah's spirit asking for help. Ella try to run away from Leo but Leo shut her in the room. With Sumirah's help, Ella broke out the room and try to run away. Leo saw Sumirah's spirit and freak out. Sumirah killed Leo like the way he killed her as a revenge.

Ella reported to police and they discovered Sumirah's bone from the room.

Well, I never really know about what is the real sundel bolong is... one kind of ghost in Indonesia... The actresses are hot, real babe especially Elyse Virgita. So sweet and sexy.

Storyline is kinda lame, and the ghost acted by Elyse is so "stephen chow's kinda comedy ghost" ~ lol...

Story:

5 teenagers, decide to look for Telaga Setra Wingit inside a forest. They get lost in the journey when the bus driver abandoned them on the way. They make their camp in the forest and stay overnight. Indra and Maya is making out in the woods while Maya saw Rinjani accompanied by Gali out to the woods. In the meanwhile, Ray feel itchy for not being shower and went bathing in the river nearby.

While bathing, Ray saw a demon staring at him. Freaked out, Ray ran back and told Indra and Maya who has finish having sex. Indra told Ray to go back to the camp and sleep. The next morning, Gali was shocked Rinjani disappeared. Maya said she saw Rinjani and Gali was together the night before, but Gali declined the fact. Gali and Ray went out and searched for Rinjani almost and hour but then realize they got Rinjani just next to the camp.

The gang was arguing to went down the hill immediately, but Gali insisted to let Rinjani rest for a night first. But Rinjani suddenly laugh weirdly and pushed everybody away in an extremely strength and ran away. Gali and and Ray decided to look for Rinjani while Indra and Maya went down the hill and look for help.

Maya was suddenly possessed by the demon and try to kill Indra, while struggling Indra accidentally killed Maya. Gali and Ray went to a part and saw the Telaga which they are looking for. They are stunned by the beauty of it, but it was just an illusion from the demon. They suddenly saw the demon and ran away separately. Gali bumped into Indra who just killed Maya, both fight and fall into a dry hole. Inside the hole was full of skeleton, the demon appeared and Indra was killed by the demon on the spot while Gali was saved by Rinjani who appeared suddenly.

Rinjani brought Gali to a house nearby and let a granny take care of him. Ray in the meanwhile went to the dry hole too, he saw Indra was dead at there. Surprisingly, Rinjani's dead body is there too, unable to respond, demon strike and killed Ray too. Finally, Gali woke up from his sleep and the granny told him he was alone when he reached the house, seems like Rinjani's spirit has helped Gali to escape from the dry hole.

L² Comment:

Its kinda spooky at first, not a bad movie. The director used the illusion style of the demon spirit in this movie, kinda has the chinese mythology feel. The whole movie's storyline is nice but its a bit confusing throughout the whole movie of which character has died or still alive.

Though i'm a Malaysian and this is an Indonesian film, but the indonesian slang is too strong, i didnt managed to get their words, so i need to read the malay subtitle along the whole movie... lolz~ not a bad one
