Subtle pastel flowers on pastel - Easter edition

 

The base color is The Nail Junkie Daffodil, great for Easter, and with acrylic craft colors I painted a simple vine with a few flowers, keeping the colors very subdued. I top coated with Seche Vite. The end result maybe was a bit too pastel in pastel for my winter pale skin…

White on violet

The base color is The Nail Junkie Violet. It’s such a delicate violet, almost silvery – but far from pale in the way that makes my skin look sick. It dries with THE most delicious silky finish, I’m happy I got this one. I painted flowers on it, but not too much…

Grundfarven er The Nail Junkie Violet. Det er en sart lys syren over mod sølv – men langt fra bleg på den måde, der får min hud til at se syg ud. Den tørrer med den MEST lækre silkebløde finish, jeg er glad for at jeg købte den. Jeg malede blomster på den, men ikke for meget….

Neon - Artsy Wednesday

 

This weeks challenge in Artsy Wednesday is neon!

The base color is the gorgeous bright, bright green polish from The Polish Junkie, the name is Apple. 

Using the bottle brushes of each of these neons: China Glaze Sun-Kissed, Sinful 24/7, Julie G Fierce & Fab and Gabrini M113 – I created a random pattern and outlined it with a black striper. The top coat is Seche Vite.

The Nail Junkie: Violet, Daffodil and Apple, swatches & review

I recently got my first polishes from The Nail junkie. Aleta writes a personal card, adds free thick felt glitter polish remover pads and a homemade Cutie Balm for cuticles and nails - it's like receiving a parcel from a friend :)
Jeg fik fornylig mine første lakker fra The Nail junkie. Aleta skriver et personligt kort, medsender gratis glitterfjernings filtstykker og en hjemmelavet Cutie Balm the neglebånd of negle. Det er som at få en pakke fra en ven :)

Apple - a gorgeous neon green with a subtle glitter - tomorrow I'll show it with nail art. It dies a but rough, needs a top coat.
