Ice Polish Rainbow Fish swatches

Ice Polish Rainbow Fish is part of the Friends coll. spring 2014, and it’s a holo jelly. It’s a pretty darkish cobalt blue, slightly purple leaning in some light settings. The holo is subtle and it dries semi-matte – so this is 2 coats and a coat of Seche Vite.

I think it's a pretty blue, do you like it?

Ice Polish Jafar and Mulan, Dreams Come Through coll. swatches

Today I have 2 polishes from the Dreams Come Through collection (also called the Disney polishes) from Ice Polish.

Both are shown in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite. The dry time without a top coat is quick.

Jafar:

Ice Polish Jafar is a magenta pink holo with pink flakies. The holo is medium strength. The formula was a bit on the thick side in this one...

Ice Polish Bloody Good Day swatches

Ice Polish Bloody Good Day was created for the World Blood Donation Day. It’s described as a berry-red linear holographic polish with a pink and red shimmer, and it looks so gorgeous on the photo in the shop. So I must admit I was disappointed when I saw this slightly metallic muted rose pink with a medium strength holo – fairly strong in the sun tho. It's not "un-pretty", just not at all what I expected. The first coat is very opaque, but this is two easy coats and a coat of Seche Vite…

It’s the first time I try polishes from Ice Polish – and these two are the picks from the Eat Til You Drop collection that was released for Thanksgiving.

Ice Polish Shop Now, Sleep Later:

Ice Polish Shop Now, Sleep Later (cool name, right ;) ) is a blackened navy blue jelly packed with holo pigments = easy removal. You see 2 coats with a top coat.

Ice Polish Where’s My Pie:

Ice Polish Where’s My Pie is a gorgeous berry-plum purple packed with gold shimmer. It dries matte due to the pigments used. The first coat was a bit streaky due to a super quick dry time, the second coat was a little lumpy, but a coat of Seche Vite gave a smooth end result.
