Rani's Quality Mixture Review
Whilst writing this review I had to remind myself "it's not bombay mix!" since this was stated several times in the press release. No, this is much more than that...it's "Rani's Quality Mixture"! Apparently "Mixture" is how these fried noodle snacks are known in South India and Sri Lanka, where Rani's mum originally created the recipe. Here in Britain we would call it Bombay Mix, of course - what an unsophistiocated lot we are! This product has won a Gold Star in the "Great Taste 2013 Awards and is hand made in small batches to Rani's mums secret recipe, and contains no added colourings, flavourings or preservatives - just salt and chilli powder. This isn't regular, stale-tasting run-of-the mill cheapo bombay mix!
