TAG BOOK - 3-D and Fun Folds!

Happy Thursday! We have made it over the HUMP! Believe it or not, but for us, Thursdays are a more difficult Home School Day over Monday. Wednesday evening, my gremlins participate in an AWANA program at our church and they get home a bit later and are wound up from all of the fun. As hard as I have tried, they do NOT sleep in on Thursdays and they are SOOO cranky and unpleasant to be around! So we do steady plodding, lots of reading and mom (me) need LOTS of patience and prayer to get through the day. Once we hit the afternoon, we are better. :)

Have you gotten your copy of the 3-D and Fun Folds cd yet? This project comes in the Cd!!! What a wonderful encouraging gift to give and it is EASY to make too! Just takes a little time to decide what stamps and what papers to use!

This CD contains 70 pdf tutorials in step-by-step pictorial format --
 all printable to 8-1/2” x 11” paper.

Ideas for gifts, Boxes, Ornaments, Decorative Items, and plenty of fun Card ideas, too.

GLOSSY GESSO SNOW

Hello! Today is Belli Challenge Day! What is the Belli Challenge you ask? Each week, we try to give you a challenge that will use things we have lying around your stamp rooms! This week, our challenge is to create something with SNOW!
This can include stamps, ribbons, brads, buttons, glitter, patterned paper, chipboard, stickers - anything that is SNOW themed. It must be a NEW project!

The card I created uses the Glossy Gesso technique from Technique Junkies Newsletter from the December/ January 2011 newsletter.

AUTUMN BLOG HOP

Hello Friends - I am so glad you popped in for the  October Autumn Blog Hop for Creative Cuts and More! If this is your first stop and you haven't seen Darsie's FABULOUS project, you will want to head back to the Die Cut Diva Blog to see what the other Designers have in store for you!

My first project for you today uses the cute Creel Box. After seeing some other boxes made into animals, I thought this one would make a cute Turkey!

Here are the details:
Stamps: Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Turkey Day
Cardstock:Creel Box Die cut from Creative Cuts and More - feathers Razzleberry, Pumpkin, Garden Green. Mustard, Rose Red, White, Black
Ink: Gold Pen, Brown Marker
Accessories: 1/4" and 1/2" Circle Punch, scissors

I free hand cut the wing and the feathers.

My second project that is shared below is the beautiful Arch Window A6 Card

Accessories: Dew Drops, Watercolor Crayons, Aquapainter, Flower Soft, Flower Soft Glue, Crystal Effects

Technique Junkies newsletter - Soft and Sparkly

My third project uses two wonderful die cuts from Creative Cuts and More. I used the Small Circle Window Card in Apricot and the cute Small pumpkin frame. I used some gold leafing on my project and used the tools pictured below...

I used Post-It Notes to create a border along the edge and used the 2-way Glue Pen to lay down some adhesive. I then sprinkled the Gold Leafing over and gently rubbed it into the edge of the card stock to create a frame.I then took the small pumpkin die and used the 2-way glue pen over different portions of it. I then sprinkled the gold leafing over and rubbed it in.

A few more details:
Stamp sets: Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Harvest Blessings
Accessories: Heat Tool, Gold Embossing, versamark, Gold Ribbon, Pearl Pens, Gold Leafing, 2 Way Glue Pen

From here you will want to go to Becky's Blog. She is sure to WOW you with her projects! Thank you for stopping by! I hope you found some inspiration here!
