Blue bird, smiling at me...........
I made it for the new weekly challenge on Catch The Bug. If it looks a little small to you, it's not your eye sight. This is an ATC or artist trading card if you're not familiar. They measure 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches and they are made to be a quick add to any project.
I colored this cutie from Bugaboo Stamps with copic markers and added some glossy accents and dazzling diamonds to the snow. Everything I used on my ATC was sitting on my desk and was either a scrap or started out to be another project and I decided to go in another direction so it came together rather quickly. That's another bonus to ATC's.
Have a fantastic day and wherever you are I hope you are warm. Thanks for stopping by! TTFN

My very first ATC swap
I love doing these! They go together so quickly and they can be easily converted into a card or you can just leave them as they are and use them for tags. So many possibilities!
I used mine for this weeks sketch challenge but you'll have to check back tomorrow to see that one. Aren't I a stinker?
I used my bird stamp (good thing, cause that was the theme, lol) from Inkadinkado and stamped it twice In Close To Cocoa on white textured CS. I cut out one and popped it up on dimentionals and I colored in random flowers with my red marker (SU) and added stickles. I then sponged the edges in cocoa using my sponge dauber. I added a mat in red and cocoa. I also added ribbon and brads along with the stamped circle. Very simple and quick but oh so cute. I hope you like it. I know you're gonna like what I did with it for the sketch challenge.
On a personal and sad note. My mom has taken a turn for the worse and her health is declining quickly. She was in quite a lot of pain last week and the doctor upped her pain meds so thankfully the pain is now under control but the down side to that is she is pretty much out of it and can't stay awake for very long. We are on our last options for treatment and they are blood tranfusions and Procrit. Her hemoglobin keeps dropping in spite of the transfusions so if the Procrit doesn't work then we are out of options. It is very hard to watch my mother go through this and we sure could use your prayers. Thanks so much!
Talk to you later. TTFN
