τοῖς μάλιστα ποιοῦσιν ὑμῶν ἁγὼ βούλομαι, ‘those of you who best carry out my wishes.’ ὑμῶν is partitive genitive.

κεφάλαιον τῶν εἰρημένων, ‘to sum up what I have said’; cp. Dem. de Cor. 213 τὸ δ᾽ οὖν κεφάλαιον: ἠξίουν κτλ. For the omission of ἐστί cp. E. 8 σημεῖον δὲ μέγιστον and similar phrases quoted in note.

οἵους . . . γίγνεσθαι: for the sentiment cp. Seneca, Ep. xlvii sic cum inferiore uiuas quemadmodum tecum superiorem uelles uiuere.
