Last year Kevin Cheng and Annie Liu were rumored after collaborating in popular Mainland drama Startling by Each Step. Recently, TVB has acquired the series and will broadcast on their PayVision channel. Yesterday the rumored couple and producer (Lee Kwok Lap) promoted for the series together. Kevin and Annie coincidentally appeared in matching 'jean' outfits, seriously showing their compatibility! Perhaps due to the rumors, Kevin and Annie kept their distance at the event and didn't have too many interactions. When they were introducing their characters, Kevin took advantage of the time to clarify the rumors. Later, the two were asked to take photos together, but stood far apart. It was not only until the media requested that Kevin placed his arm on Annie's shoulder. Annie just smiled foolishly in response.

As the two were in matching jean outfits, Annie smiled and said its the fashion trend this year. Then why did she and Kevin avoid each other at the event? She said: "Didn't avoid, it's just my Cantonese is not that great!"

Chilam Cheung and Annie Liu attended the Natural Born Lovers film premiere. In the film, Chilam and Annie has a lot of intense and passionate kiss scenes, they both gave an advanced notice that there will be a lot of intense kiss and bed scenes. Chilam said: "The director wanted to shoot the scenes in several angles, so we had a lot of takes. (Did you two kiss over 100 times?) I didn't count, but we didn't have to brush our teeth or any other prep work prior, just naturally went into the scene and had no embarrassment." He expressed after his son Morton saw the film, he asked why his is father kissing other girls, so he had to explain to him that it's "for work".

Annie expressed she was troubled by her life 'weakness' in this film: "When I was young, I had an extreme difficult time with vomiting milk, so that left a shadow in me. Even when I got older, I avoided drinking any milk or foods with cream. In the film, Chilam had to feed me cake to eat, and once I saw the cake I wanted to vomit. It is harder than doing kiss scenes." Chilam disclosed he has a phobia in being in closed spaces, so he can't shoot scenes where he's in a casket.

Annie Liu, Chilam Cheung and director Patrick Kong attended the ending-of-filming celebration for new film Natural Born Lovers 天生愛情狂. During the interview, Annie expressed without hesitation that it is impossible to develop a relationship with rumored boyfriend Kevin Cheng, she said: "I hereby clarify that nothing happened between Kevin and I. I say without holding anything back that Kevin and I have not developed anything nor will there be any possibility. The reports earlier, I feel like I was accused."

Annie also denied she's drawing the line with Kevin because he's got a new love interest: "I have limited understanding of him and I don't have that kind of romantic feeling for him." She also denied the reports that she was frightened by Kevin and his ex-rumored girlfriend Charmaine Sheh. She said: "This is totally entertainment news."

The pair are rumoured to have started dating three months ago. Kevin met 30-year-old Annie on the set of Chinese drama Startling By Each Step (also known as Scarlet Heart), and took an interest in the latter, because she could speak fluent Cantonese. He later began to court her, and suspicions aroused when Annie, whose character was initially a minor one, was given more screen time.

Kevin went all out to court Annie, expressing his liking for her on this microblog with mushy comments. He would also get his assistant to prepare soup for Annie when he found out that she likes to eat light and simple food.

After a year of courtship, which included text messages and food, the actor's actions were said to have touched Annie, and the pair began dating there months ago.

"Kevin had no reservations complimenting Annie's beauty, and expressed that she is his ideal type," an insider let on. However, at an event two days ago, Annie denied the rumour, saying, "He's my 'Eighth Prince' in Startling By Each Step. We're very close when we work together, but we're not in a relationship. I like filial men. I will make it public, if I'm dating someone."

Julian Cheung Chi Lam, Annie Liu (Lau Sum Yau), Christine Kuo two nights ago worked on the Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum)'s film NATURAL BORN LOVERS (TIN SUN OI CHING KONG) in Mongkok. In the story Chilam wore a cute beer hat and went on a walk with Lau Sum Yau, but they ran into his old flame Christine Kuo. Although it was just a few minutes, due to all the noise and flash photography from the crowd the production was affected. To keep the cast from disturbance, the crew raised black cloth for cover but the people still knelt down to take photos.

Chilam often dined in Mongkok and would try to coordinate photo requests. He said, "An artist doesn't need to be too emotional, no artist is more famous than Chow Yun Fat and he too always takes the bus and the MTR!" Has he run into an ex like the story? Chilam said, "I haven't because most of my exes are my good friends and they aren't too many anyway. My wife (Anita) Yuen Wing Yi wouldn't be jealous. She has always encouraged me to make more friends."

Lau Sum Yau admitted that with Chilam and the crew's protection she was not worried about the chaos. "I have shopped here for undergarment, but I have to pick the right time to come." She and Chilam had kiss scenes but they happened in a very natural environment, so she would not be embarrassed.

Annie Liu (Lau Sum Yau), Julian Cheung Chi Lam, Kathy Tong Yi, Jinny Ng Yeuk Hei and Ciwi Lam Sze Man earlier rehearsed their new film NATURAL BORN LOVERS (TIN SUN OI CHING KONG). Although Chi Lam is 40, he successfully had the three "little girls" under his spell as they fought for photos with him. Even Sum Yau had nothing but praise for Chilam. "He is 'four good', good husband, good father, good actor and good singer." Chilam who appeared in a chef look revealed that normally he cooked for his wife, who praised his abalone instant noodle.

Sum Yau has not made a Hong Kong film in a long time, so she had trouble with her Cantonese lines. Later she admitted that she was a little nervous.

Chilam asked Annie what her requirements are when choosing a boyfriend, knows how to drink and can sing? Annie said: "I am very bad at singing, also I don't like nightlife." The other day, Annie expressed at a fashion event: "My father said if no one gives me flowers on Valentine's Day, then he'll do it for me."
