Gridiron Greg

Hello everyone!  I would like to share with you my DT card for the new challenge on the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog.  This week our theme is 'For the Boys'.

The sponsor we have for you is Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. They will be giving the winner two digis from their store.   For this challenge I am using this fun image Gridiron Greg.  My dad is a huge football fan (as am I:), and I think I will send this to him for his borthday next month!

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; clothes - G40, G43, G02, G05, G09, G14, T0, T1 & T2; football - E13, E15 & E17; shoes - W3, W5, W7 & W9; helmet C1, C3, C5 & C7.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

For my easel card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Trinity Paper Company, and football button.  We invite you to join us over at the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog and play along with our 'For the Boys' challenge.  My awesome fellow DT members have gorgeous projects to help inspire you too!  Thanks for stopping by:)

Let's Go Team!

Morning everyone!  Even though it's hot here, and the middle of summer, do you know what's on my mind? Football.  I am such a huge football fan - I love the sport, and also love playing in Fantasy leagues. So when it came time to choose an image for my project for today on the Karleigh Sue Inspiration Blog, it was easy choice.  I went with this sassy gal called Let's Go Team.  Of course I had to color her in the color of my beloved Philadelphia Eagles...

The Copics I used are: hair - E35, YR23, Y21 & Y32, clothing - G06, G09 & G29; football - E13, E15, E17 & E18; shoes - C3, C5 & C7.  I tried to add some speckles to the football to mimic the texture of a real one.  What do you think?

For my card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper by Jillibean Soup (Game Day Chili), ribbon. and a little football embellishment I've had for ages.  Cute, right?  My sister is also a huge football fan, so I think I'll pop this into the mail for her.

We would love to have you follow the Karleigh Sue Inspiration Blog to see what our amazing DT is up to, as well as find out about new releases.  And don't forget to check out the Karleigh Sue Etsy Shop where you can find this beauty and so many more.  Thanks for stopping by!
