Happy Tuesday!  It is the 1st of the month, so a couple of posts from me today:)  This one is to share my DT project for the new challenge on the CCC Digi Creations Challenge Blog.  Out theme is 'Anything Goes' and we are lucky to have two sponsors for this challenge.

The prize for the lucky winner is 7 digi stamps

and

The prize for the luck winner is 3 uncolored digi images

For this challenge I was able to choose an image from Bugaboo Stamps, and I chose to make a Christmas card with the adorable digi Ava Christmas - Mistletoe Fairy.  Isn't she sweet?

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - E21, E23 & E25; dress - R24, R35, R46 & R59; socks - YG03, YG17 & YG67; wings - BG0000, BG000 & BG01.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

Autumn Blessings

Hello everyone in bloggerland!  I am popping in to share a card I made for the new challenge on the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog.  We are sponsored this week by Bugaboo Stamps who will be giving the winner a very generous prize of 7 free digis!  How sweet is that?  Out theme this week is a fun one too - No Square Cards! I don't know about you, but my go-to card is the 6x6 square, so I really had to step out of my comfort zone a little.

For my DT card, I chose to use this fun digi called Girlz - Autumn Blessings.  I think she is so sweet.  I've colored a couple of their Girlz stamos, and just love them!  Hope you like my 'Not Square' card!

The Copics I used are: Skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - E13, E15, E17 & E18; skirt - B91, B93, B95 & B97; shirt - YG03, YG17 & YG67; shoes - E21, E23, E25 & E29; pumpkins - YR14, YR21 & YR68.  I used a bunch of greens for the leaves and bushes, but didn't keep track.  There are so many that work.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Farmhouse paper, ribbon, Wild Orchid flowers, and dies by Spellbinders and Memory Box.  I used my largest circle die for the folded portion of the card, and used a smaller scalloped circle and plain circle for the front.  I really do love this type of card, and I hope you do too.  We'd love for you to join our 'No Square Cards' challenge this week!  Head on over to the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog to see what the other DT members have created to inspire you, and to play along.  Thank you for stopping by!

Butterfly Rose Girl

Hi there!  I do hope you all are doing well!  I am excited to share some news with you...I was invited to join the DT over at CCC Digi Creations!  I'll be honest, I wasn't planning on starting on with any other DTs right now, but I'm on other DTs with a few of the gals (and they are sweet as can be), and one of my dearest friends (and she's my crafting buddy) is also on the team.  I couldn't say no!

CCC Digi Creations  has challenges on the 1st and 15th every month. The theme for our new challenge is 'Anything Goes', and we are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps who have a really excellent selection of stamps.  The lucky winner will receive 7 stamps of their choice.  What an excellent prize!

For this challenge I am using Butterfly Rose Girl which is such a lovely image.  I hope you like what I have made with her:

The Copics I used are: skin - E000, E00, E11, E21, E93 & R11; hair - E11, E50, E51 & E53; clothes - YR14, YR16, YR18, YR31, Y17, BG01, BG05, BG09, W1, W2, W3 & W5; flowers - Y17, YR16 & YR18.  I used a white gel pen to add some effects around the swirls and in her hair. The image is printed on x-press paper.  Here is a closer look at this beautiful image:

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from MME (Stella & Rose), Wild Orchid flowers, ribbon, Joy! Crafts die, and sentiment from Webster's pages.  I don't often add sentiments to my card (though I am trying to use them more), but I was happy when I found this one in my stash.  I think it suits the image perfectly.

So there it is - my first project with the CCC Digi Creations DT.  I hope you head over to the blog to see the beautiful projects from the other DT members.  So much talent there!  While you are there, please join in our 'Anything Goes' challenge! Thanks for looking.  I hope you have a great day!

Puppy Girl

Good morning everyone, and a Happy Labor Day to you!  I hope you're ready for a new week, and perhaps enjoying a day off.  Over at Craft Your Passion we are kicking off a new Anything Goes challenge, and our sponsor this week is Bugaboo Stamps. You won't want to miss this one - they are generously giving the winner 7 images of their choice!  What an awesome prize.  For my card this week I am using the adorable image Puppy Girl.  I thought she was a fun image, and I have 3 pups of my own, so I had to color her up:)  I'd love to know what you think!

The Copics I used are: skin - E50, E51, E53 & BE93; hair - E11, E13, E15 & E18; pants - B91, B93, B95 & B97; shirt - YG21, YG23, YG25, RV10, RV13 & RV14; shoes - E23 & E25; puppy - C1, C3 & R11.  The image is printed on x-press paper.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from MME, ribbon, and flowers from Wild Orchid.  I typically make square cards, but because of the height of the image, I made this card 4.5"x7".  I hope you like it, and perhaps you are inspired to join our Anything Goes challenge over on the Craft Your Passion Challenge Blog. While you're there, check out the other amazing work by the talented DT!  Have an awesome week!

Pretty Flower Girl

How is everyone's week going?  Mine is going way too fast!  Lots of birthdays, and my kiddos go back to school in less than 2 weeks!  That means school clothes shopping, supply shopping, haircuts...oh my!  Seems like it's something each day.  I was able to sneak in a little quiet time to make my DT project for Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Challenge Blog for today!  Our theme is 'Frame It', and we are sponsored by the wonderful Bugaboo Stamps.  I was so excited when I saw this new digi...I just had to color her!  You can find Pretty Flower Girl and lots of other great images in their shop.  Here is my 'Frame It' card:

The Copics I use are: hair - E42, E43, E47 & E49; dress - BV20, BV25, BV29 & V95; flower - R20, R22, R24, R27, G0000, G00, BG11 & BG13.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, Crate Paper (Poolside), lace and flowers from Wild Orchid.  For the frame, I used a scalloped circle die, and carefully lined up a smaller circle die inside it.  I taped them to hold them in place, ran them through my cuttlebug, and viola!  I had a frame! I then cut the image using a slightly larger circle then the one I used in the frame, and I layered my frame on top of the image.  Super easy!  I hope you'll join our 'Frame It' challenge on the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge Blog, and check out the other beautiful DT cards while you're there.  We're a friendly bunch, and love to see lots of pretty entries!  Have a great rest of your week!

CC & CC ~ Thank You

Do you know what time it is?  It's time for a new challenge over at Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenges!  The theme of this challenge is 'Must SAY Thank You', and we lucky to be sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps.

For this challenge, I am using their fabulous image Girlz Coffee...I mean, how perfect is she?  I love coffee, so many of my friends do, and we are the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge blog!   Ok, I know that the phrase 'Thanks a Latte' is a little cliché, but I couldn't help myself:)

The Copics I used are: skin - E00, E04, E11, E21 & R20; hair BV20 & BV25; clothes - R00, R01, R02, R08, E40, E43 & E47; coffee cup - C1, C3, B60, E40, E43 & E47.

For the card I used Bazzill cardstock, paper from Studio Calico, flowers/leaves from Wild Orchid, ribbon, and coffee buttons from Michaels.  I've had them for ages, and finally found the perfect use! Aren't they cute?

Why not head over to the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge blog and check out the other cards from the DT (they are STUNNING!), and enter your 'Thank You' card into our latest challenge?  Hope to see you there:)
