• Read "Katy No Pockets" by Emmy Payne
• Pockets of Ks
  1. After you read, put on an apron with lots of pockets.
  2. Tell the kids that you need to fill the pockets with things that begin with the K sound.
  3. Have them look around the house, then come back together and fill your pockets with the items.
  4. Say the name of the item and the K sound as you fill them up!
