TWO MORE FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS!

I have been using my Julie Nutting doll stamps to make some encouraging tags for women with breast cancer.  I just completed two more. Paper Doll Trading is having an event called the Crafty Fairy and our tags are being sent to encourage those with breast cancer.

Here are my two for tonite!

"DRIVEN TO CURE"

"FIGHT FOR THE CURE"

I am going to share these over at
in the Anything Goes challenge #204.

Thanks for stopping by.  All comments greatly appreciated!

INCY WINCY WEEK TWO!

For my second week as Guest Designer for Incy Wincy I was given some digital images by Kenny K to work with and the theme was Girl Power.  Although October Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over I decided to go for the Breast Cancer Fighter Gal.  I coupled it with some ribbon I have that reads "Perhaps I am Stronger Than I Think".  I put a strip of this diagonally above the image and then the part of the ribbon that reads "I Am Stronger Than I Think'" underneath the image.  It was mounted on some coordinating paper, I added a flower and a bit of bling and voila complete!

A SPECIAL BLESSING

I created tonight's card for a special reason.  There is a Godly woman named Beth that  has terminal stage four inflammatory breast cancer.  I read about her on the blog of Tami Mayberry, who is doing a drive for cards in her honor.  You can read all of the information here.  I was very touched by her story and I'm sure you will be too.

I created the card using this week's Mojo Monday sketch.

and am also using it in a challenge at Colorful Creations calling for using the word 'blessings'.

My card:

I am praying that God's blessings of peace and comfort will be with Beth (and her family) for all her days.

I hope that if you have a minute you will stop and say a little prayer for Beth.

Thank you for stopping by.
