Hello everybody! It’s Donna here and I’ve been really enjoying this new-to-me stamp set! It’s called Loving Mom  and it has the most beautiful flowers. What a pleasure to colour! I’ve used the same markers to colour all the flowers, but by varying the amounts of the darker markers, and the amount of white space left I’ve been able to get some colour variation, while keeping a very controlled colour palette. Rather than blend the brushstrokes, I’ve chosen to leave the individual strokes showing to give some texture to the petals. Once I’d coloured each of the flowers, I fussy cut them out, right on the black line, and went around the outside with a black marker to stop the white paper showing through. On a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock I ink blended Distress Oxide in Wild Honey, laying it down heavily in the middle and fading out towards the edges of the cardstock. Hi hope you having a great day where ever in the world you may be.  It's Karen with you today sharing a card in black and white, with a touch of pink. This is one of those creations that started out as one thing and went totally of track and became another.  I have to say though I actually really like the way it turned out.  It wasn't supposed to be just black and white but it works really well. I stamped the image which is one of my favourite Kennedy Grace Creations stamps. Beautiful Blooms - Sweet Rose , onto white card stock.  I did this on two pieces of card.  One image I intended on colouring and couldn't decide whether to colour the whole image and cut out the letters or cut out and colour just the letters.  This is where it went off in its own direction as I cut out the letters and when I placed them on the image to see how they matched I really liked the simplicity of the black and white.  I cut the letters again in foam and glued the letters on so they came up

Hello 2018!  It's Jill here on the Kennedy Grace Creations blog back from a little medical LOA and excited to be able to craft again.  My card uses some lovely flower images from KGCs Grace's Little Note stamp set.  As I've enjoyed a little sunshine these last few days, I felt like creating something somewhat simple with light, happy colors.  I first stamped the 3 floral images onto some smooth Bristol cardstock with my MISTI so I could get the spacing right.  I then used 2 different border dies by MFTs to create the multiple-bordered look.  I inlaid the central flower panel into its matching border die cut, then used some fun Gold Foil cardstock by DCWV on the outside die cut frame.  Since I was going to use some Nuvo Jewel  Drops on my flower images, I decided to adhere all the layers first before coloring, as the drying time can take as much as 24 hours.  I chose a light pink watercolor  Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! as my base layer t

Hello everyone! Berina here today with a lovely center-step card. I decided to use the Grace's Little Notes stamp set for today's card. I stamped the floral image with grey ink and colored it with Copics and cut it into a oval panel. I cut and folded a 8.5" x 5.5" card base to create a center-fold card. I cut panels from grey card stock and adhered it on to the card base. I added the image panel on to the center panel. I added a triple loop bow and few sequins as well. Hello Friends - Annie here bring you a card today featuring  Grace's Little Note Set and Just a Rose Set  I use the Rose and the you are amazing sentiment from the Just a Rose Set and the two other flower clusters as well as the iust because sentiment from the Grace's Little Note set to create my own bouquet & sentiment. I love to combine stamp sets this way to make more of all the set we have to offer in the Kennedy Grace Creations Shop. I colored all the images with my Spectrum Noir Markers, I also added some silver highlight with a Gelly Roll Metallic Silver pen. Finished off the card with a few Nuvo Drops in Silver Lighting. Hidey ho everyone!  I'm here to share my latest project with you all!  I really, really wanted to use the You Inspire Me stamp set.  It's been sitting on my desk just waiting for the right moment.  I finally had a great idea for it. I started with a kraft colored piece of cardstock.  Next I needed some colors to work with.  I pulled several ink pads from Stampin Up--Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo, Mint Macaron and Soft Suede.  I stamped the word "inspire" randomly on the cardstock with black ink.  Next, I went in with some of the small sentiments that coordinate with inspire.  These were stamped in assorted colors.  Then to fill in the gap areas, I used several of the little stamps in the set to randomly stamp all over.  Once that was done I cut it out with a scalloped die.  I sponged around all of the edges with the Rich Razzleberry ink.  I wanted something to go along one side but I felt cardstock would block too much of the background.  I pulled out a pi

Hi, Beverly here today and I'm sharing a birthday card again, because I'm trying to get ahead on the many winter birthdays but with a different stamp set. I just love the Vintage Tea cup! Using the  Kennedy Grace Creations Vintage Tea set , I stamped with VersaMark Ink on Black smooth cardstock. I then embossed with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder. It almost looks gold but has a beautiful silver-gold color instead. It also is fine powder and embossed the tiny cursive letters perfectly!! Other tools I used were my EK Success Powder tool and Marvy Embossing Heat Tool. I then colored in the areas with my new Prismacolor pencils making sure as to sharpen each often to get into the tight and small places. I wanted a vibrant color and did a little bit of shading. Today I am here sharing another card using Loving Mom stamp set.  First I stamped the die using Memento ink in black on X-PressIT bledning paper and then I colored the stamp using copic pens and used a die for the sentiment.   I went for a bold look using black polka dot paper against some hot pink from  Hot Off the Press "Colorist" collection. Hello dear friends!  Martha Lucia  here to share with you a colorful card created with Kennedy Grace Creations Stamps! Today I used the Friendship Blessings stamp set and let me tell that for me is really difficult decide which stamp use because these flowers are totally gorgeous. Take a look at my card:   The base of my card is Melon Mambo card stock and the second layer is a piece of decorated paper from the Everyday Spring Collection from Lemon Craft that you can find on Craftycity.com. Used a tiny piece of the other design of the same paper I created a vertical belt, I pasted behind of this piece a layer of fun foam white to give more dimension and paste it on the right side.   Over a piece of whisper white card stock I stamped one of the images included on the stamp set Friendship Blessings using Versafine Onix and covered it with with Clear Embossing Powder . I gave a few touches of color with a paint brush and Kuratake Gansai and fussy cut the image with my sci

Cindy from In Love with Paper back on the blog with you today.  I've got a pretty card with a fun technique to share with you.   I used watercolor paper and some color shine sprays to create the background.  I started by spraying the color shine onto my craft mat and then a couple sprays of water.  Then I simply put the watercolor paper into the ink.  I sprayed the paper a few more times with the color shine until I was happy with the colors.   Then I stamped and heat embossed this pretty flower from Beautiful Blooms - Sweet Rose stamp set on vellum.  Next, I used a debossing folder for the 'hello' sentiment at the bottom.  I always struggle adding vellum layers to my cards for fear the adhesive will show through so, I stitched the vellum to the background layers with my sewing machine.  To finish it up, I added some sequins from the Frozen mix. Hi, Marina is here and I'm going to inspire you with fresh spring colors of my card! I'm dreaming about Spring and it's beautiful flowers! So I've found some of them in the  Friendship Blessings   Stamp Set :) It was a real pleasure to color these beauties with Zig Clean Color Markers. I used Cobalt Blue, Blue, Violet, Light Violet and Yellow colors. To mix the colors I used a waterbrush. Happy Birthday Sentiment is from the amazing  Just A Rose  Set! I'm in love with these stylish sentiments and use them a lot! I also picked a pair of sequins from the  Chantilly Cream  and Leather&Pink Lace mixes as little accents. At the end I sprinkled all the card with a perl spray to make it sparkle! Thanks for stopping by! Hi everyone!  I hope you had a wonderful, relaxing weekend full of all that you love.  I had a chance to spend some time in my craft room and had a bunch of fun creating this little shaker card using the sweet Kennedy Grace set,  Sweet Baby Mine .  Take a look - This shaker was pretty easy to make.  The little hippo colored up so easily with Copic markers.  Warm grays along with soft pinks and greens were used to color her up.  I used a specialty cardstock for this card called Stardream.  It had a beautiful soft shine to it that I wasn't able to catch in the photo.  I fashioned a layer of fun foam with a circle cut out for the shaker and attached it to the card base.  A die was used to cut the circle and frame in the top layer and glued acetate to the back side so a window that was created.  The sequins were added into the opened window and the top layer was adhered to the fun foam (that part was a little tricky, I'm not going to lie).  Actually, the hardest part of th
