Here's a peek at our Morning 15...
I typically start with Up-Downs (stairclimbing) but my pic of that wouldn't upload tonite so I'll add it in later.
Then we move on to push-ups, sit-ups and stretching...(sorry this is crooked. I'll fix that later too.)
Next we do Airplanes...(great workout for my legs, as I have 3 girlies for reps)
(who wouldn't have fun exercising with that cute little face??? :D )
Then we move on to Baby Lifts...
As I said, making this a family affair has made it more enjoyable. It's also extremely difficult to skip my Morning 15 when there are so many others who enjoy it as well. ;-)

ReplyDeleteMy children ALL love to exercise with me... (Sometimes, that makes for the need to juggle room a bit!). I am thrilled to see other families doing things together... and yes, it is a GREAT way to spend time together and to develop fun habit that are healthy, too! Thank you for sharing those photos... and I don't know ANYONE who wouldn't enjoy working out with those adorable little faces.
