Since Hubby was taken to 6 hockey games (all the medal games); long track speed skating (where our men's pursuit team won gold) and the closing ceremonies he needed some thank you cards. Now I was bummed that he was there & I was here, and really didn't want to make the cards for him; but since he funds my wee stamping addiction I reconsidered!
The stamp is from the $1.50 bin at Michael's, and is stamped with mementos ink and the red is coloured with copics. The gold is a zig pen (man they stink!!) and I used SU warm words thank you with gold embossing powder.
I think he had fun; he never uses a camera but took my small one & told me he took over 300 pictures and he on the front page of the sports section of USA today on Friday cheering!! I can't wait to see all the pictures tonight when he gets home from work. He was smart & booked himself on a 7am flight today so he was out of Vancouver before it got crazy!!
