Sometimes People Forget.....

Happy St Patricks Day!  Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was to add some bling to your card.

For my card I used one of Stamping Bella's Big Words stamp Sometimes People forget.

On a piece of white bestest paper I stamped an MFT floral background stamp with versa mark ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I then used spun sugar and cracked pistachio distress inks.  The sentiment is stamped with stazon on vellum.   I added some sequins and tiny rhinestones for the bling

I used the same colours to stamp the floral background on the inside of the card and again put the sentiment on vellum.  I flipped the colours on the stamp so the behind the sentiment was spun sugar

Sometimes...

Happy Friday - today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was a sketch.

I changed the circle on the front to an oval because I wanted to use Stamping Bella's Big Words sentiment "Sometimes People Forget"

I stamped the sentiment with versa mark ink and then embossed with clear embossing powered.  I then taped down the scallop nestie and inked over the sentiment with abandoned coral distress ink and a little cracked pistachio distress ink.  I then cut the sentiment out.  For the pattern piece I took a piece of bestest white card stock and inked mft's fishnet stencil with cracked pistachio distress ink.  Before lifting the stencil I sprayed it with pearl glimmer mist.

I kept the theme on the inside again stamping the sentiment with versa mark and embossing with clear embossing powder.  Again I used abandoned coral distress ink and cracked pistachio prior to cutting the image out

Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 255

Happy Sunday I'm back today with Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch (SSSC255)  and a peek from Stamping Bella's release tomorrow!!

I love this new stamp line Big Words.  The sentiment is on DP from Crate and Paper - Fourteen.  I popped the image using fun foam (a tip I learnt from Jennifer McGuire)

This sentiment comes with 3 sentiments for the inside of your card "I love you" "Happy Valentine's Day" and "Happy Anniversary"

I'm excited to share with you an image from Stamping Bella's new line "Big Words" which are part of the Feb 9 release.

The image is on DP from MME's Cut and Paste.  I used several fish tail stax dies with some sewing and buttons.

Again this Big Words sentiment comes with a sentiment for the inside of your card.  I kept the theme the same on the inside of the card
