Ingrediente: 300g biscuiti simpli, 500g rahat, 150g nuci taiate marunt (le rumenesc putin inainte), 100g stafide, (eu am mai adaugat si alte fructe confiate: curmale, smochine, caise, coaja de portocala, toate taiate marunt) coaja rasa de la o lamaie, esenta de rom, vanilie, cacao, fulgi nuca de cocos.
Mod de preparare: Se taie marunt rahatul si se topeste putin impreuna cu o cescuta de apa intr-o cratita emailata.

Se adauga biscuitii maruntiti, nucile maruntite, stafidele inmuiate in rom (si celelalte fructe confiate pe care le folositi) si cacaoa.

Se tine la rece cel putin patru ore (eu il las peste noapte), dupa care se taie felii cu un cutit bine ascutit.
Dintr-o parte din compozitie am format Bulgarasi pe care i-am tavalit prin nuca de cocos.

Musafirii au apreciat mai mult bulgarasii, care s-au si terminat in cateva minute.
