A Little Break, Sigh

Howdy Everybuddy, stoopid old mum has decided to take a little break.  Sheesh.  She's freakin out about doing her tax, and life in general seems busy.  When she can't find another reason for being slothful, behind in her jobs and generally acting like a total coo coo head, she blames Men oh Paws!  WTF is she talking about?  

So we will be back for Rory's birthday next week.  She promised.  She better keep her promise or else this is what will happen to her!

My Dad Snores

 

Howdy everybuddy, it's Friday night here and there's only mum and dad and James home with us.  What a quiet household.  Mum's been looking up songs on U Tube and found this one which she loves.  We hope you can play it cause we all love it.  John Williamson is an Australian songwriter (sort of Country and Western) but has also written some really funny songs too.  Anyhoo, enjoy.

I have been waiting for Maxdog to arrive in the mail and it finally came!  Yay!!  We have a long weekend here this weekend and I will have some spare time to sit and read to my heart's content.

No part of Maxdog was harmed in the taking of this photo! 

It is also a bittersweet day for our family today.  It is one year since our dear old girl Kara, passed to the Rainbow Bridge.

She was nearly 13 and was the most wonderful family dog we could ever have wished for.

Kara, you were always happy, 

always wagging, and always loved.

 Our Daughter's dog Tyler, always full of beans, never left her side during her last day with us.

Tyler, my little Chocolate Man, 'Nana' loved you for this.

Hi All, Carol here, Sunday night we published a post and we are wondering if it appeared on anyone's list of new posts?  The few times I have added a photo 'borrowed' from the internet, we seem to have a problem once I have published in that it doesn't show up on anyone's lists of new posts.  We used a photo of Corbin and am wondering if its something to do with copyright or something!  Anyhoo can you let us know if the Sunday night post did appear on your site?  No worries, and love, Carol
 

Corbin's Birthday, This and That

Howdy Everybuddy, hope you are all fine.  We've had dog school today and as usual I was a pain in the butt fabulous.  Dad says I haven't learnt a blxxdy thing am probably the star in the class.  I am loving getting Dad all excited and twitchy while we go through our paces.  Rory my little brother, has to be with mum cause he is young and needs special help.  He's so silly he sits and stays when mum tells him to.  My poor little brother has a lot to learn.  Ha!  I know Dad has treats in his pockets and so there is no way I'm staying while he walks away from me!  We all come home very tired and Dad often naps on the couch, still twitching and muttering in his sleep.

Anyhoo, the other day Mum was complaining about not being able to watch a thing on TV.  Well of course, there's never anything on worth watching is there mum?

Stella, as always, has to be a Drama Queen.

Our good friend Corbin is having a special birthday

 on 4 June 2012.  We want to say we love ya mate and you are the bestest Pitty we have ever met.  Actually you are the only one we know but you have shown us nothing but friendship and always have a smile on your face.  We're proud to say we have a Pitty for a friend and will spread the word about how great you are.
