Blue Sky to Lake Poway

One of the hikes we took while Mom was slacking off on blogging was at Blue Sky Ranch.

This was a group hike with one of the Meetup Groups we belong to, and as always it was a lot of fun! Mom likes these hikes cuz there are always new dogs for me to meet, and practice my good behavior!

While in the parking lot, all of a sudden a TON of Greyhounds started arriving. It was like a Greyhound parade!

The day was gorgeous. Not too warm and not too cool.

This odd looking dog was out on the trail with his (her?) owner. The thing looked like a mop!! BOL! Mom said it was called a Puli. We don't see those types of dogs very often and everydoggy was very curious.

The tiniest hiker of course was Mimi. She always amazes everyone with how she can keep up with the big dogs.

Ahhh. Even though dogs aren't really allowed in the water, Mom snuck me in to cool off a bit. Boy did that feel good!

It was another great day with some old furriends and new furriends.

Thanks for the wonderful share. Blue Sky Ranch looks so beautiful and looks like you had a great company of friends with you. Mimi must have really kept up her pace with big guys. Really love the photos. It was a fun adventure. Plus you got to take a little swim. The best is the group shot with all of you. Have a great day.
