Hi there! Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend and you have fun plans for the week ahead! Sheesh, was it ever hot this weekend! My thoughts go out to everyone still dealing with the high heat and storms and lack of power. Although we had temps in the 100's, we did not lose power. It's been raining all day here today. We really needed it after several weeks with no rain, so no complaints. Anyway, I didn't have much time in the craft room or on the computer this weekend for a variety of reasons, but I did manage to make one card for
Jackson's Digital Expressions Challenge # 10 (anything goes with sketch optional).
Here is the sketch:
Here is my card:
I started with a card base of GKD Red Hot and layered bright patterned papers from the Kaisercraft Fine & Sunny 6.5x6.5 pad. For the banner across the top, I used one of the diecuts from the same pad, to which I added a few rhinestones. My fun image is
At The Casino from
Fine Arts by Robert Jackson. It is in the Seniors section of Robert's store
here. I printed her on Copic X-Press It Blending Card and colored her with my Copics. I added Stickles here and there for some sparkle and Glossy Accents to her glasses and a few places on the slot machine. The sentiment is from Paulette at
Create With TLC. A few more rhinestones and a chevron-striped bow finished off my card.
My card is also for the new
Oozak Challenge #4 - Bright Colors.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope to get back in the swing of things this week! See you soon!
