Homemade pizza memang favourite 3Es. Dan selalunya buat pizza ni bila I dah tak tahu nak masak apa. Resepi dough pizza ni I guna recipe from here. I copy and paste ya Pn Shidah. Tq for the recipe...Recipe dough....
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbs virgin olive oil
3/4 cup luke warm water
Take 2 tbs flour, mix with sugar and yeast. Add 1/4 cup of luke warm water and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Mix remaining flour and salt together in another bowl, make a hole in the middle and pour the wet ingredients in. Knead until smooth and the dough no longer stick to your fingers.
Cover the dough with cling wrap or a wet napkin. Let it double in volume.
Untuk topping pulak, I just guna apa yang ada yang dalam peti sejuk I. Dough tadi dileper ikut acuan pizza. Then sapukan tomato paste atau tomato puree dan taburkan apa-apa yang topping yang u all suka macam crab fillet, hotdog....dan last sekali taburkan sebanyak mana cheese. Bakar dalam oven pada 170'C selama 25 minit. Siap....happy eating!!!
