Doug Stanhope. Wow, an extraordinarily bleak story. Tackles suicide in a way I’ve never seen done before. The fact that Eddie is such a jerk, and his case is so strong, makes for some very fresh storytelling. Even with the occasional black and white flashbacks, this still manages to have a very real, very raw feeling. The open-ending is also a big plus. 10/10

Joan Rivers. Great guest star, some funny scenes, but it really amounts to nothing much at the end. 6/10
