Old Billy.

--The death of old Billy, a slave, employed by Dr. Barker, and the suspicion that he was robbed money, was noticed yesterday. It that the accident by which Billy lost his are occurred at the office of Mr. Wateon, corner of Franklin and 12th streets. The negro Albert was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday, and partially examined upon the charge of stealing the money, and the case was continued for further investigation.
