Last weekend I attended the first Leadership Conference for Fun Stampers Journey. What a great time of learning, fun, food and fellowship. Here are some highlights of the conference.
Thursday was all about creating. Here are the three cards we created.
The little bandit moves on the slider.
Here is the next card we created using some of the neon colors from the Be Amazing Collection.
The last card we created features a new stamp set coming in July 2017! Shhh....a sneak peak!
Friday was all about learning. Many great breakout sessions and ideas shared with other coaches. The highlight of Friday was the experience provided by Fun Stampers Journey, riding the High Roller. If you know me, I am scared of heights, so I was not that thrilled to take part, but I did it.
This is a picture of me at the very top (550 ft in the air). Facing my fear!
Now that I am back on solid ground, I am glad I did it. Would I do it again, maybe.
Saturday was more learning and more fun. Here are some highlights.
Richard and Dustin are going on a road trip. This will be a great time for local coaches to connect with Richard.
Aren't these the cuties? These are made with a new die, but the cutest part are the faces, which can be earned by having a $400 Make It Party. Love the little piggy.
Even though we had lots of learning to do, I also got to do a fun things. The first one was meeting up with some long time friends for lunch.
And, got to eat twice at Whalburgers.
The last place before leaving Las Vegas, was breakfast at Cracker Barrel. My first time and I loved it.
Fun Stampers Journey is more than a stamp company. It is a family of crafters who love to create and have fun. Would you like to be a part of this group? If so, we have a great offer going on right now. You can use this certificate for $50 off your started kit, now through February 28th.
Let me know. I would love for you to join my team! You can email me at pinkzebrapapercreations@gmail.com You will love it!!

Be Amazing Accordion Fold
Thanks for stopping by. Today I am sharing a positive message card I created.
This card measures 3 x 4 1/4 when it is folded up, so it is a small card.
The watercolor background was created putting drops of Sour Lemon and Orange Rave silks on a piece of acetate and spraying it with water. While it is still wet, you lay your cardstock into the mixture and press down a little bit. Pick it up and look what amazing background you have made. What I like the best is that every one will be different.
Supplies Used:
Stamp: Be Amazing
Paper: Black Licorice Cardstock, Whip Cream Cardstock, Sour Lemon Cardstock, Be Amazing Pattern Paper
Ink: Clear Pigment Ink
Silks: Sour Lemon, Orange Rave, Outrageous Pink
Other: Journey Black Embossing Powder, Amazing Accents
This card measures 3 x 4 1/4 when it is folded up, so it is a small card.
The base of Black Licorice Cardstock is scored at 3, 5 1/2 and 8.
I then placed pieces of Be Amazing Pattern Paper on each panel.
The front sentiment piece is a belly band that goes around the whole card and keeps it secure.

Journey Blog Hoppers November Hop
Now, let's get to my projects. First the card.
I used our Be Amazing color, Outrageous Pink for the base of the card. I then cut a layer of Be Amazing Pattern Paper for the top. I then die cut a Star-dom star from Outrageous Pink cardstock. Next, I stamped the sentiment, Be Awesome Today, from the
So Pretty stamp set with Black Licorice ink on Whip Cream Cardstock. I then splattered Turbo Teal silk over the tag, punched a star hole into the tag and tied the tag to the card with Black Licorice Twine.
To finish the card, I added some Tinsel Trim to the bow for the tag and added some Sparkle Dots to the stars on the card.
I created this "gift bag" with one piece of 8 1/2 x 11 piece of Turbo Teal Cardstock. I added a strip of stars die cut from Outrageous Pink Cardstock and added them to the top of the bag.
Here is a close up of the tag.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you are inspired by my creations. Please don't forget to click the Next button to continue on the hop with Heather Flaherty's blog.
