Enchantment Purse, Envelopes & Cards Set

Here is my Enchantment Purse, Envelopes & Cards Set. This project uses some of the great new products from the 2012 Occasions Mini and the 2012 Sale-a-Bration catalogs.
If you are a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, then you got the chance to pre-order these products and may have them already!! Here is a great project to showcase these great new materials to your stampers. If you are not a Demonstrator, then you will get the chance to order these products in January, and this is a sneak peak for you!
You can also make this project with any colored card stock and DSP that you would like. Make it out of Christmas colors for a great holiday gift!
The purse and envelopes are made with the Framelits Labels Collection. The purse is approximately 5-1/2" x 4".

Diabetes Donation Purse Tutorial

I know many of you have seen this purse before and made a donation, thank you so much to all of you!
For those of you that have never seen this, I made this project in honor of my daughter Ashley. My six year old daughter, Ashley, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes last year. She is an amazing kid and continues to impress us with her great attitude towards this disease, and she is doing great!

ALL proceeds from this project will now go towards JDRF in Ashleys' name through our ski event!
We are having our second annual Downhill for Diabetes ski/snowboard event on Sunday, February 26th 2012! It will be held at Pico Mountain Resort in Vermont.
All donations will go towards this event and will be donated to JDRF(Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).

The purses are approximately 7" across x 4 1/2" tall x 4" deep. They will easily fit many cards and envelopes inside and would be great to hold swaps!

I thank all of you who make a donation from the bottom of my heart. You are welcome to make a donation to this great cause even if you do not want the tutorial. So many people suffer from this disease and every penny donated gets them that much closer to finding a better way to handle the disease and hopefully find a future cure!
Thank you.

I would also welcome anyone else who has a blog or website, to post the photo of these purses and a link to raise more money for this great cause.
The more people that see this and are able to donate the better!
If any of your live close enough, we would love to have you join us for the ski event too!

Santa Two Cupcake Box

I loved my Santa Wine Bottle Basket so much, I had just had to make my Two Cupcake Box dressed up as Santa too! I used the new Red Glimmer Paper to make this, and it is so gorgeous and sparkly. The pictures really do it no justice at all. I love this paper!
I used ribbon for the black belts and the large Scallop Circle punch for the tag with the 1-3/4" Circle Punched in the Red Glimmer Paper in the center. The belt buckles are made out of Gold card stock but it would be great out of the Silver Glimmer Paper too! The bottom white border I did with the Tasteful Trim die with the Big Shot and just trimmed some off of the bottom. You will want to use the Red sticky strip tape to put this glimmer paper together, I found nothing else really holds it in place.

Together we have raised over $1500 so far! This is beyond my wildest dreams of what could be raised and I hope you know what wonderful kind hearted people you all are.
So many of you wrote me wonderful emails wishing us luck with this new wrinkle in our lives and also sharing stories and offering support. I wish I could email each one of you back but the response has been so overwhelming I am sorry but I just don't have enough time in the day! Please know that I have read every email and also shared many with my husband and your kind words have touched my heart.
I also want to say a special thank you to all of you who have put the purse photo and link on your own blog so it can reach as many people as possible. You are truly wonderful.

The purse will stay up on my site and will continue to be available so anyone else who would like the tutorial CLICK HERE for all of the details!

Deck the Halls 3 Card Class

I have finally found some time to do some stamping again! I am thrilled to say Ashley is doing great and we have all found a little bit of time to relax!
Here is my Deck the Halls Three Card Class. These cards use Deck the Halls Designer Series paper, Deck the Halls buttons and the Peaceful Season stamp set. This is a great class to show how all of Stampin’ Ups products go together so nicely. This project makes a great gift to give someone with the box full of envelopes and cards!
You can also change up the colors and stamp set to make these into non-Holiday cards. Just use the layouts and techniques shown and make up your own theme!

Owl Purse & Cards

This is my Owl Purse with matching owl cards. You can make these into Christmas owls like I have or just use other colors of paper and make them into boy and girl owls! How you decorate them is totally up to you!
You can easily make these for Birthdays (holding a gift), Weddings (Bride and Groom owls), baby showers ( make a diaper or onesie) or any other occasion just by changing the clothes!
I have provided the patterns and directions to make both the purse and cards into Santa and Mrs. Claus or into regular boy and girl owls.

I have made my purse with Santa on one side and Mrs. Claus on the other but you can do it any way you want. The cards I have shown are a Christams Elf and a little girl but again, you can make them into whatever type of owl you want!
4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Cards and envelopes fit into the purse or you can use it as a gift bag! Purse is approximately 6 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 1" and you only need 8 1/2" x 11" paper to make this, no 12" x 12" needed.

Cylinder Lattice Embossed Purse

Here is my Cylinder Lattice Embossed Purse!
I needed a purse to go to a wedding and didn't have anything to match my dress so I designed this one! I ran out of time before the wedding and didn't get to use it but I finally finished my little purse tutorial to share with you!
This would be great to match a dress for any occasion or just to make for fun. The overall dimensions are approximately 4" wide, 3 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" long.
You can use any color card stock, ribbon, ink and accessories you want to make this project! You can even choose a different embossing folder for a completely different look! Make it with polka-dots in a soft color and it would be great to hold a small baby gift!
