Oh its been a lovely day today, a nice 'warmish' wind, so got loads of washing done and dried on the line and got the garden sorted and at long last I got my sweet pea planted. And just for
Mel (my DT buddy who has the most fabulous allotment and greenhouse) here's a pic of my wee garden ... I've just discovered the panorama button on my camera and am amazed how it joins the pics together with no lines! ....

And
(don't laugh Mel) here's my spuds at the bottom of the garden.... (all five of them!) and our wee gooseberry bush. There's another couple of potatoes growing in the mini-grow bags, but I forgot to take a pic.

We're having a go at growing tomatoes in a pot ... we did have a wee mini greenhouse this past couple of years, but it had to go in the bin this year, so we're hoping for the sunny summer we've been promised. Also in the pic are 3 very sad looking lettuces (think they're gasping for a drink!) Good job Tesco's isn't too far away!! Ah well, sure it's a bit of craic!

Anyway, on to my card details. I'd been looking for some doggy print ribbon in my disorganised stash and came across this lovely stuff that I bought aaaages ago and helped to inspire my colour combo. I LOVE that shade of blue and my cardigan I'm wearing is that exact shade!
Coloured my wee French doggy with promarkers and popped up a couple of his layers.

Hi Lynne! Your card made me smile out loud! What cuteness that is - love the bright colors, and that image is a cheery one indeed! Love the photos of your garden! We have gardened in pots for years now - the snakes stay out of them! It doesn't usually yield as much produce, but it's certainly enough for us! Great card, my friend! Thanks for sharing...
Another fun card! That blue is gorgeous! The dog in his beret is so cute and the sentiment makes me laugh!
Your garden looks lovely - I hope everything grows well, especially the poor lettuces!
luv, Mags x
This is adorable!! Love the embossing, coloring and the banners, too cute! Great job on the CPS sketch!
Great card!
Great card Lynne with lovely vivid colours and love the pics of the garden too. Hugs, Claire x
Hi Lynne, super card love the strong vibrant colours & his glitzy beret is so cute! Garden looks great, hope all you hard work comes to fruition. Thanks so much for playing along with our Sweet Stampin challenge x
Such a sweet card! Nice garden shot - wish I could persuad Andy to grow veggies but he's totally into plants and shrubs. At least i'm alloed a little herb garden. It's finally stopped raining here in Brum - hope you've had better weather! Hugs, Jo x
Bone jour...now that's so funny and I LOVE your card...just cute as can be.
When I came to you blog, I couldn't wait to eye this post and look at your lawn and garden. Ooh, you're growing maters and taters (ha). I wish I had a huge bed for tomatoes as I love them so. Too much shade in my back yard. Your yard looks fabulous. Hubby and I worked about 10 hrs. in ours today except for a couple trips to get bark and pine needles and a little rest occasionally. It was blazing hot and so much humidity. Yikes.
Great card. Fun image and lovely colours.
Thanks for joining us at MMCS challenges this week.
Hugs!
Cute, cute, cute!!! I love that sweet dog image. The embossing on the background is fantastic, as is the color combo. Thanks for sharing your creation with us at Paper Cutz. Good Luck with the garden.
