Shirley's 2 Girls .... spooky time!

Twisted Thursday at Shirley's 2 Girls this week is 'spooky time' ... how scary is this little witchy dog?  [Not!]
In fact I think I know this dog in real life.... it's the double of my brother and SIL's dog Amber - here's a pic of her resting up in preparation for her spooking on Halloween night...!  (And it wouldn't surprise me if her cape and hat are hanging ready in the wardrobe!)

Here's my Spots and Dots card - I thought my Martha Stewart drippy goo punch could look a bit like splashy water and embossed the spots on it, and then used a pale ink pad to stamp the bigger circles on the BP. Its hard to see in my pic but I also used some turquoise stickles on the dots on the image.

I'd also like to enter this card into Stamping Vacation's challenge - What a guy - Create a masculine card with anything that represents speed!

This month it's Critter Time on the challenge blog and the Twist this week is to use flocking.

I followed a recent tutorial on Stamp TV which shows how to make your own fancy flocked DP ... but be warned ... its very messy and the flock stuff  gets everywhere!  But I do like the end result.  I also got a bit carried away and flocked my brads and the little fish bowl too!
