was given this Penny Black image ages and ages ago and can't think why I didn't use it ... isn't he just the funniest! (..and yes, I think its definately a HE!) Though my colouring on him is a bit rubbish - used my watercolour pencils for the cat and copic markers for the balloon. Added clear gloss to the balloon.The Cuttlebug Spot #38 - Make Us Laugh

Lynne, he is just too funny! Makes me think of when my kids were young and would TRY to be mad or sad, and just couldn't pull it off - we'd all end up laughing! Great card, and your use of the sketch is really good!
