Busy, busy

I am and will continue to be busy, busy enjoying summer and organizing projects.  I will be back as soon as I can.  Stitching is low on the list of things to do while it is warm and sunny!

Add caption

Sorry, the picture is a bit dark today.  I have added the third and final ornament to the canvas and they are now all at the same step on the chart!

Miss April, part one

I have started Miss April and have set up the first two ornaments.  The canvas cut allows for three of the same ornament on the cut.  I will do all three and have extra for gifts.

On the side

I am also going to work on this project a little at a time.  This is a vintage velvet evening bag.  I am going to add beads and sparkles to one side for a gift.

Quickie Project

Next up is a quickie project!  Christmas Ornaments II chart is by Carolyn Mitchell Designs.  The designs are worked on 6 x 13 inch cuts of 18 count canvas.  This size will make 3 ornaments of the same design if desired.  I am going to get this on the bars and start with Miss April.

Angelika is Finished!

I have finished this design!  I added all the designs on the dress and her pin.  Having lost power for a couple of days due to a storm, it was great to be able to get back to stitching!
