Nayu's Gaming Time #30 Disney Magical World Part A Nintendo 3DS

Quick apologies for lack of posts recently, I'm close to having my 4 month delayed ketamine infusion so I'm feeling very ropey. Been focusing on surviving and hopefully soon I will feel a lot better.

Not my image, this is on the main street with Mickey and Minnie Mouse

Disney do have a not so new game on Nintendo Switch called Disney Dreamlight Valley which I've played over 120 hours on. However, I realised in the last event that I wasn't finding the game fun anymore. I was doing it to get the event items but that's the only time I played. So I dusted of my 3DS, and got back to Disney Magical World. It is...a magical world! There is like the main street and the castle, a cafe to run and so many quests to  perform and maybe 100 character cards to collect. I played the Japanese version of this nd the sequel, I got so far and started to get stuck so I began the play in English and, unsurprisingly, it's much easier to understand.

Again not my image (would be a bit blurry) but it's inside the cafe with Daisy theme

Diving back into it the other week I instantly began enjoying myself, unlike DDV.  Yes to et new clothes I will need to repeat some levels to get the items I need to buy them at Daisy's but I don't care. Replaying the RPG element levels is so much fun. Seeing all the characters I know well makes my heart happy. It will take a long time to complete every quest and collect all the character cards, but I know I'll be super happy doing it. Sure the sequel doesn't have Rapunzel like DDV does, but overall I see more point to playing DMW than DDV. And I want to play it, which makes a difference.

Let me know if you've played both games, and if you enjoyed Disney Magical World!

Again not my image but getting character outfits is so fun for group photos!

Nayu's Gaming Time #10 Exciting rhythm games! #Deresute #Aikatsu #BanGDream

Yo! No idea who this cute girl is - if you do please let me know!

So the past however many days I've been mostly quiet online I've been resting up - family had a cold, then my body wanted to have a tantrum, and then I just took a few days to unwind. I mostly did normal things, and will be scheduling up some reviews tomorrow (I ran out of energy for today), but there's some major gaming excitement going on!

I won't keep you hanging (I need this post written pronto), but for those who don't follow me on Twitter I play a lot of Love Live School Idol Festival (both Japanese & Worldwide version) and also the Disney Tsum Tsum game. I've tried another idol game Cinderella Girls Starlight Stage but my tablet was too old for it so it wouldn't play after a few software updates. It refused to play Aikatsu Photo On Stage, which is a major Aikatsu!  fan was more than annoying.
Mizuki is one of my favourite Aikatsu! characters!

This year through the SIF Reddit group I knew there was a new Love Live game coming, Puchiguru, which is a bit like the Tsumtsum game, plus the much awaited All Stars which will involve 3D models of the girls singing. My tablets are too old to play them but thankfully my family have older (but still quite new) tablets they no longer use so I've been waiting months for the chance to have one of said tablets for myself. Yesterday was that day, and I'm super happy to be playing all the games I couldn't!
Swap this for a tablet with games & this was me yesterday!

So far I've only played 2 games of Puchiguru Love Live, which is super cute and not too brain taxing. I've been reading guides about it so I know what to do.

It's an incredible thing to play a game almost from the time it launches!

The girls from both Muse and Aqours have Nesos (Love Live equivalent of Tsum Tsums) that have to be matched up for points
Aikatsu! Photo On Stage actually works and is awesome! Although I need a lot of practice, tried to do an event song, managed a few but they got hard really quick. I have only normal cards and a few rares so my teams aren't great at all.
I hope I can get cute cards like this one (at least I don't think it's fan art...) Adore Mahiru from Aikatsu Stars!

Cinderella Girls Starlight Stage and another game Bandori/Bang Dream will be downloaded after lunch today. I only plan to do log-ins and a little playing on them each week, which in itself is fun.
Will try to recover my account but unsure it will happen.

Another idol game - yay! Love
I'll do more indepth posts for the games I play soon, for now wanted to give you a taster of the delights I'm getting used to!
Leaving you with my dream Deresute (Cindrella Girls) card! Hope to get her one day!

Nayu's Gaming Time #4 Adventure in Disney Magic Castle 2 #1

Apologies if you're confused by the title, I don't have heaps of energy today and couldn't think of a better way to phrase this post. It's the first of hopefully many more adventures in the awesome Disney life simulation games Disney Magic Castle 1 & 2.  Yes there are 2 versions of the game, which are quite different to each other. Both are magical!

Note: sorry for poor photo quality, I tend to take pics with my tablet camera.

Think Animal Crossing New Leaf only with Disney characters and themes! You have to get items, both from growing them with Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh's world, around the Castle grounds, and also through the mostly unscary dungeons with monsters. I say mostly because in DMC v2 there's Wonderland, a world which royally freaks me out. I'm only playing it when I have to!
Me with Princess Jasmine hair with Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Minnie & Daisy!
I've been resting a lot the past week since I went to Devon - still not fully recovered from it, but getting there slowly. It's meant a lot of gaming which is great as the game keeps becoming more amazing. At the moment I'm focused on DMC v2, but I know I'll switch to DMC v1. I recommend both versions because they use different worlds and honestly it's like playing two different games. Yes sometimes I try and do something in one game which can only be done in the other, but the magic of Disney makes everything brilliant. I'm currently trying to collect all my favourite clothes, which caused my family to wonder what I was 'oh'-ing about last night.

THEY HAVE TINKERBELL!!!!!! Well, the outfit, not seen Tink herself as there isn't a Peter Pan world. No, I don't have enough items for it yet. I'm not showing them all today but there's also Belle's famous yellow dress (Beauty and the Beast) and Anna's cape outfit (Frozen).
In game shot of Anna with that cape. Love it!!!
I also got to change my aura! (yes I'm probably thinking of Aikatsu but that's the best way I can explain it.) First I chose this pattern of stars, and it turns out I haven't yet taken a picture of the newest aura which is super cute flowers! I've also got the Mickey/Minnie face outline, which I've got on DMC v1.

Me with diamond sparkles, wearing a gothic lolita style outfit near Ariel's world's gate! (The Little Mermaid) which I unlocked yesterday much to my delight. Being a mermaid is AMAZING!!!!!
Then I discovered how the whole friendship points work  - I thought it was every new outfit that people can give me thumbs up (20 friendship points), but it's every entire outfit (so everything from the same theme). That helped in getting enough points to unlock the Tinkerbell outfit.
Now that I've also discovered that in DMC v2 (not DMC v1) you can see what rewards you can get in a dungeon before you entire it, it will be easier to find specific items to unlock outfits at least in 1 one of the games.
Action not words are needed to pull Pooh out! We succeeded!
Something I should have mentioned at the start, I think the game is called something else in English. I can't remember what, I play on the Japanese version so have got an approximate translation of the title. You don't actually need to know Japanese to play this version (it's if you have a JP 3DS which I do) - I do know enough to read and understand most of it, but I play when I'm tired & don't want to make my brain work. I simply make up the dialogue in my head and whizz through the scenes. Judging from when I have been bothered to read it, my version is just as fun as the original. I don't really miss anything, I still do what I want.

Next time I hope to post about the order I do things when I play the games! That's it for now though. I'd love to hear if you play it too!
