A Fintastic Birthday

 I doubled dipped on challenges with today's clean and layered card featuring some patriotic colors.

I stamped images from the Catherine Pooler Refuse to Sink and Hook, Linker and Sinker stamp sets using vermillion, nautical blue and blueberry sky ink, then cut out using the matching dies. For the background panel I used a stitched rectangle die to cut from white linen cardstock then created the die cut with The Cat's Pajamas Balloon Frame set (which is 50% off right now), then backed with patterned paper. After stamping the fin and sentiment I attached all the stamped pieces with a foam dimensional.

Another Nauty Day

I am using the nautical themed stamps again from Cather Pooler while double dipping on challenges.

I stamped the anchor and rope from the Pooler Refuse to Sink stamps using blueberry and sunshine ink, then cut out with the matching dies. For the background, I stamped the wave image from the Hook, Line and Sinker set directly onto the card base using lake shores ink, stamping off and stamping more than once for varying shades of the same color. The sentiment was stamped with blueberry ink and the small ships wheel in sunshine. The anchor image was attached with foam squares.

It's a Nautical Kind of Day

I have two cards today using the same patterned paper, stamp images and inks. Both cards are for the Twofer Card Challenge with a nautical theme and one of the two also uses the sketch for the current CAS(E) This Sketch cts#335.

I used the new Catherine Pooler Refuse to Sink stamps and dies plus the Hook, Line and Sinker stamp set and dies, along with the Salt and Seawater Patterned Paper on both cards. I also used the same ink colors, catkin, spring rain and blueberry.
