Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Free smells to those passer by's! Made these for less than an hour and great for teabreaks or breakfast.
Ingredients:
9 oz all-purpose flour, sifted
4 oz packed brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 oz choc chips
2/3 large ripe banana, mashed
113 gm butter, melted
2 oz (59ml or 1/4 cup) milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pisang Berangan yang cukup ranum, elok digunakan.
How To:
1. Preheat oven to 190ºC. Line muffin cups in tray.
2. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Stir well.
3. In another bowl, add mashed bananas, melted butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.
4. Add these to flour mixture, striring only until just blended (do not overmix). Fill in cups about 3/4 full.
5. Bake for about 18 to 20 mins or until golden brown or toothpicks inserted comes out clean.
6. Lets stand several minutes before transfering to wire rack to cool.
7. Best served with butter or favourite jams!
