Something Different - A Christmas Wreath!

A group of my friends, the Chit Chat Crafters,
decided we were going to make Christmas wreaths.
We planned to make them for Christmas 2023
but it just never happened. Then we planned to make
them last November ready for Christmas 2024
but that didn't happen either!
A couple of weeks ago we finally managed to make them!
This is what we started out with along with a range of baubles.
My finished wreath.

A close up of my little birds.

Everyone's finished wreaths
all ready for Christmas 2025!

It was a lot of fun making these.

Christmas Decorations

I received a kit to make this decoration
at a recent stitching day I went to.
I was going to give it away but decided
I liked it too much!
It's now up on my wall! LOL!

I also made these ornaments to be gifted.

Following my previous post where I mentioned
everyone now being no-reply bloggers,
Jennifer from Elefantz Designs let me know that
if you click reply, the email address suddenly appears,
even if it states no-reply blogger.
Very strange!

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas.

A Christmas Jewel

I finished my Christmas Jewel decoration
but decided it needed something.
Looked through my stash and found this braid.
It was just what was needed.
I really enjoyed making this little project.
Will definitely be making some more of these.

Christmas Crafting Day

Well, there are only about 49 weeks to go!
Saturday saw eight of us head to a friend's house where we all made Christmas Table Centres. Taking advantage of the after Christmas sales, lots of baubles were purchased.
We had lots of fun.
Only one burnt finger from the hot glue gun!
This is my one.
Even though this isn't a sewing project,
I'm going to add it to my OPAM list for 2017!
 Afternoon tea time!
Our second project was a Hershey's Christmas Tree.
This part was a little fiddly.
 The tree!
All that is needed is a couple of little block
chocolates to make the tree base.
These trees were designed by
Brenda Quintana at QBee's Quest
You can find her tutorial here.

Well, you can never be too early for Christmas crafting!
